Welp, that doesn't really much work, but making a 2x2 hole and dropping a grass into the middle makes the biggest jackpot.

@@EXample7595 depth of 1 block? how will you catch animals with that edit: unless you lined it with trapdoors and made the floor out of spikes/cactus, then that would work, but it would be a hassle to get the items

@@stefix1615 i used wood to block the exit. Why would i make a hole that animals can easily get out? Edit:also yes i did try to add spikes, kinda bad, animals wont go in since they now know its dangerous (also yeah its really annoying to get the stuff)

@@EXample7595 you need to make the hole 2 blocks deep. line the walls of the top hole (where the animals fall in) with open trapdoors. This tricks them into thinking the trapdoors are solid blocks, and when they chase you into the hole, they fall in and die. A more optimized and automatic farm would be the farm shown in the video but 3 spikes or 2 cacti at the bottom, with a sleeping spot in the 1 open block (under a trapdoor of course). This design kills the animals for you, no weapons needed, and if it is a full moon, you might wake up with an extra diamond! I could make a video about it if you want, I'm out of ideas anyway
