Tysm perico, I'm going karting for my first time soon. And I watched tip videos and stuff like that, but those are for people who have been once or twice before. It was really great to see what I can do for my first time. Best of luck in your races, have have a good rest of your day. (And same to anyone reading this 😄)
Thank you for your video! I always struggle with pedal control cause I had been smashing my throttle and brake all the time. Now you mentioned it, I will try improve it this weekend!
I was incredibly lucky to have been alone on the track on my first drive. the lack of suspension took some getting used to, it felt so much faster and more visceral than it actually was and i was terrified XD
This first time I went karting my foot slipped off the brake into a highspeed corner into hairpin combo and i absolutely fucked it into the barrier. That being said I think I'm definitely ready for F1
1:28 Hmmm my first experience karting would beg to differ. As time goes on I become more and more confused as to what happened. On the track, lights go green and the kart takes off like a bat out of hell, I clear the first corner, second, third and *BANG*, right into the wall at speed bending the exhaust. I believe I actually totaled the kart and was banned from the venue. Idk if it had dodgy breaks, I can’t seem figure out why it rook off so aggressively when the lights went green. Might have been a twitchy accelerator that was way too sensitive. All I know is that many years passed before I would work up the courage to do that again.
Could you please do a similar video but for a more advanced level? Just a bit tho. I have been karting for almost half a year now but I need A LOT of improvement.
@@FqtRacing Oh alright. I have watched Ktips ones and they might be useful for a lot of people, but there is something he is missing in his explanation for me to understand braking, cornering... I will see some Cameron Das videos tho. Thanks for the info.
