Currently I'm in 2nd year. I'm learning MERN STACK right now and I'll be learning DevOps once I complete MERN, can you tell me in sequence to learn basic DevOps so that I can build some project which can actually impress recruiters and i can get some internship atleast.
Learn linux, git, terminal basics and docker basics. Then you'll be good to go with releasing your own MERN applications in DevOps way. I made many videos about this in my channel already. Please check them all out.
@@manjunathshenoyofficialthanks a lot bro 🙏 I've another question, can i do DSA in JAVASCRIPT? for Indian placements or I've to choose between c++ or java.
Sorry for the late reply. But yes u can do DSA with JavaScript. If any company stops you from doing this in an interview, then it's better not to join that company. Since DSA doesn't require any specific programming language for implementation. Good luck
@@manjunathshenoyofficialwell said. @SomnathPattnaik If any company asks you to do DSA in specific language only, then its better not join that company... its not worth it.
Hello , I am in 2nd year Btech I have 2 more years till I graduate . How do I utilize my next 2 years to become a good devops engineer? I have started with learning the basics of Linux commands , how do I proceed further ?
That's a great start. Good that you started with linux commands. Next step would be to make yourself familiar with cloud (especially virtual machines) and releasing some applications built using node js or python. Good luck
@SK-pb1fs Not everyone wants/needs/becomes programmers. DevOps is a good field to be in. If you say there's no fresher DevOps job then yeah somewhat it's correct. But DevOps is not a single role. It's a huge field in IT with lots of opportunities. In this there are many fresher roles available.
Yes you can get a job as a fresher also. Learn it properly then start applying for multiple jobs. Try to apply for DevOps related jobs also so that you can quickly get it and can shift to better DevOps job after a few months of experience. Good Luck
No. In DevOps it's all about releasing a code or app. You don't need to know coding skills. Just the basics of how to work with a computer is the only thing you need to know to get started in DevOps
Yes freshers can get a job in devops. But I suggest you look for jobs in Docker, CI/CD deployment or even IT linux server admin etc if you see lots of experience required for devops engineer roles. Good luck. Keep learning, I hope you'll get a job soon
