No you do not need to have separate trademark if your trademark name is generic that it fits all categories of products. If you get multiple trademarks then you would have to register different brands under on company and that is complicated way to do business when you are starting. Does this help?
@@devsharan6028 Hi Dev, Although you don't have to file separate trademark but make sure you have all the classes mentioned in which you are going to sell. This will let you use same trademark in different categories. Let me know if you have any questions.
@R.K. Gamer Hi R.K., It's a very good question. IP laws are different in different countries, however if no one has ever used your name on a category of products then you may use it on other categories. But the safest way is to have category added to your trademark.

I don’t think its a good idea when you are learner in any industry. It will create liabilities and some mental pressure also, aur meanwhile agar aapko lagta hai ki ye plan sahi kaam nahi kar raha jaise socha tha to aap band bhi nahi kar sakte because aapke loan ka amount to invest kar diya hoga isme. Problems and challenges bahut hai. Batter hoga testing mode pe karo minimum investment ke sath taki aapko samjh aa jaye aur risk bahut kam ho uske baad agar aapko profit dikhe tabhi aap isme Aur amount add karo. This is My personal opinion not recommendation.

Its not that if they can or not . It is that they will , even if you fool them still your rates wont compete them , and now by gods grace if they compete them either your product mostly wont show to customer or they will be banned
Based on you plan for your business, you need to see if you are going to sell products in one category then have the name complementary to that category. Example: If you are only going to sell books then you could have Brand name as "Geo books". Otherwise find a name which is generic and not biased to a category. Most importantly make sure no one has a trademark on it.
I would suggest to do some research on best sellers on AMAZON and also look at the market trend. Usually kitchen products sell more but there is competition as well.
