From my limited playing I think everyone can benefit from two things; increasing swingarm length to 2 and playing a crap load to get used to the physics. This games gyro takes a lot longer to get used to vs sim IMO. Great vid!

i just got the game yesterday it's a little frustrating but i like it, it's my first sim game

i found I really began to master the controls after I trained for a day or 2 on the practice track with just a 125 or 150, and did some suspension adjustments, lowering the back end so it didn't flip as easy. With that setup (and every assist turned off) I was able to learn pretty quick because it was actually a pretty hard bike to crash, so I got a great understanding of the basics and what I'm suppose to do.

I don't know about these tips "INSTANTLY" improving my abilities, but it was definitely a decent help or at least a push for me in the right direction. Thanks for the video!

ngl your lean settings are amazing, i feel like i can ride much better and much more faster then i did before!

Some things i might add. Making sure right stick is dedicated to rider lean only. I also set sit/stand as right stick button press. And at first it will help to ride in 3rd person while experimenting with rider lean both during whips and in most ground riding situations. Leaning for me is used almost the entire time. Arguably one of the most crucial skills to have to stay in control during whips and rough ground situations. Also find a good suspension setting that isnt bouncy. Stock sucks. And using a controller with paddles on the back was a game changer for me. An xbox elite can be had for around 100$ usd on the used market and i like it better than scuff. Cheaper too. And ur tip about starting out slow is great. Not only does it apply to tracks but to riding in general. U probably want to go fast af. But if ur crashing alot its pointless. U will set way faster laptimes by slowing down slightly and making sure u dont crash. Should be your number one priority. Over time u will naturally get faster and also be able to keep ur face out of the dirt cus thats what u been practicing this whole time. Good luck and have fun boys🤙

I have ALWAYS been a 3rd person rider. But since I got mx bikes, I started riding 2nd 1st person since the first day. I can tell me better how to corner

The pratice track thats what its called on my SX150 I go flying like 3rd gear through the whole track.

You can change the Alta MXR's drive train to overclocked and it feels quicker than a 450 and as nimble as a 250. Also pretty much guaranteed to be fastest out of the gate. (In my experience, been riding it for over a month now) (Garage, drivetrain - overclocked. Also max out gearing)

I’m too poor for the real version I have demo I have been playing for a while but I quick coz I couldn’t get rid of my ruts because I didn’t know but I done it now and I just got back into this game I am just crushing and practicing whips and other things like corners I just learned that the inside sucks unless it is a big outside section I have been improving and using more 3rd person instead of 1st person because I think it is slightly easier because I have more hours on the 3rd person but I am going to try and get some more hours on first person with the same one he uses and I hope one day I get the real version

my front wheel just washes out all the time... I ride IRL, and I guess I just cant get used to the game. Going as fast as I can without washing out the front end, I run like a 1:30 at Forest, I dont understandddd
