I've even started learning Mandarin and Cantonese to help build relationships with potential suppliers to help kick-start my new business venture here in New Zealand. Small humble beginnings but with your great tips and advice I'll hopefully be able to scale up within a year from now. Any recommendations would be much appreciated 😊👌🏾

I am new and tried to buy some merchandise, but some came with disappointment, for example a few external hard disk case that use cable USB 3.0 to type C (the expensive ones), but after waiting 3 months to get here with other products, the hard disk case came with cable USB 2.0 (which cost less obviously), is it ok to tell the guy (the agent) that his job is receiving and make transaction payment to check the merchandise? I guess I should tell him, after all, I paid 10% on what I buy. Not only that, but I want to tell him also to take out the box since some box have plastic and plenty hollow of space and repacking with other merchandise which are plastic, so it can make a one big box instead 2 big boxes, so I can save money from the cost of the freighter.

Congrats on Titan Sourcing I just registered today I can see it will be the next Alibaba =) Can you please recommend some reliable inspection companies based in Fuzhou or close? Inspection companies can be very costly especially if they have to fly the worker to different provinces to do inspection. I appreciate your help. Thanks so much, I will be your forever fan and hope to meet you one day!

Recording this week! Decided to skip Feb as there weren't many updates during CNY and wanted to wait to see what was the impact on shipping / labour etc before making the next vid - I have my info now though 🤓

Hi, Kian i am currently watching this video and on tip # 4 you are talking about samples, sample first check test and pre production sample and then a sample before they run the mass production, my question here is that getting samples from china and shipping to north American is not that cheap and most suppliers dont even know the pre production sample, question number 2 how do you/us verify the sample that its not part of one mass production since everything is happening in china and we really cant verify and they wont stop the line once they run to send us a pre production sample and then run and give us a pre mass production sample.. sorry its kinda long but hope you got the point here. Every-time you ask for sample its at least $400 not so cheap in my opinion I also get that if something is off your money is pretty much waste and hard to recover as well... so pros and cons
