Do you own a home like one I described? I have a friend who buys, renovates, and rents manufactured homes. So as I said in the video, there are exceptions. I know people that love old houses but they also like renovating them as live-in projects. I know real estate investors that do quality work. But again, for the average person, they are not a good investment. What are your thoughts? Comment below. Last Week's Video Here: ✅ ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-hmTIwLVJZFc.html
Wow did I get scammed and continued to get scammed. I am a senior. Unbelievable what has been done to me. This net from seller, auction, mortgage, appraiser, homeowner's insurance then several contractors since.
I bought a home from 1950. The home is sturdy. There’s a few things I’d like to change but almost everything is updated. My parents house was built in 2003 is already falling apart.
I won't deny that there are homes built considered "New Construction" that are not quality. And I also admit that I've sold 100's of old homes that are in great condition. As long as you know what you're looking for you can avoid most pitfalls.
