I'm new to bullet journaling and I'm still learning the ropes and boy am I glad to find your channel. I'm currently using your april set up as a guide! These five spreads are really informative and just what I need, thank you for sharing awesome ideas. Do you do spreads that can accommodate hobbies like movies, reading, etc. Or something that can motivate someone to do art like drawing, practicing, painting, or the like..? Please give Luna a hug from me 🤗
If you want a suggestion, I track my reading by chapter, so I just write the title then list the chapter numbers (just in a line) so I can cross them off as I finish. If you want a way to track the dates you finish, then you could write it vertically with a column next to it so you can do that :)
I'd love something about tracking work progress, maybe some productivity tracker spreads and some motivational and functional pages? Also, I'd love to hear more about how you come up with your awesome stickers!
I would LOVE LOVE LOVE to see some different "Grid Cheat Sheets" spreads. Im having trouble find different ones and the ones i have found dont really help me
Loved all your spreads. Was having a hard time thinking of how to begin a bullet journal. You have provided me some really good content. Thank you for sharing.
5 types of collections? That could encompass a few of the ideas being suggested. I’d be interested to see a long form goal tracker like something with various aspects that would take multiple weeks or months.
Morgan L. Yes I agree! I was thinking of something similar. Sort of like a main goal broken down into actionable steps or *habits* Now I'm really feeling motivated & inspired!
Could you do a spread for younger students with online classes? The ones I have seen are more for college students and I'm in middle school. Thanks I love your vids!!
I loved nr three, the dutch door. I’ve always wanted to make a weekly spread with a dutch-door, but the tutorial videos I have seen is way too complicated for me. This is my very 1st year with BuJo and I do not master the calligraphy yet so I wish you’d make a video or a lot of videos with how to calligraphy and different type of fonds etc. I really love the way you did the dutch door. You explained it and showed how easy it is and now I am gonna make a dutch door for my next weekly spread and THANK YOU SO SO MUCH for making your dutch door spread so easy to understand. And the other spreads was beautiful too and I will definetly buy your stickers if I can find them online with my iPad or iPhone cos my computer was stolen😢 But your stickers are so very cute and adds a really cute and neat but still decorative touch to the spreads. I love your videos and I have never commented before but your dutch door spread made me finally understand how I can do it so I am very grateful for this video. Of course I liked it and gave it a 👍 as I do with every video I see from you🥰🥰🥰 Thank you so much. XO Ida💖👱🏻♀️💖👶💖😺💖🐶💖🦄💖👧💖
I really liked #3 and #5! I've actually been doing something similar to #3 for the last few weeks and separated the sections into time blocks. I love your stickers so much! Your art style is really inspiring. 😊 Do you know if you'll ever sell digital copies of your stickers?
I love these videos that show the different styles I have a tendency to write kind of big and I have a bigger Journal than you do but I really like the vertical layout the best but I'm trying to figure out how I can cut that down because I just feel like I waste a lot of pages because I only have 2 days at a time on a page but in those boxes I also track weather and pollen and what else gratitude and then I have a section for journaling or I can write down a few things I just wish I could get it condensed so that it looks more like yours only in a bigger Journal any ideas?
Hi, love your energy & your sticker packs. I've loved stickers since I was little & seeing you design your own was just so amazing. What platform/program/app do you create your stickers & where/how do you have them manufactured. I'm from South Africa & would like to also do my own stickers for my Bujo & for my little one who shares my love of stickers.
Mia-Sché Barnard I use procreate on my iPad to design my stickers and I manufacture them myself! I have a whole videos about it on my channel called How I Make My Stickers
@@planningwithkay hey Kay, your such a wonderful spirit and heart for sharing your thoughts and work process. Your sure do have a bright future ahead. Continue to chase your dreams and goals. May the universe bless you in abundance🎉💕🙌🏽
I really enjoy your videos! Keep it up! I am a student AND I work full-time, so I don't have a lot of spare time. Bullet Journaling has helped me be able to preform well in school as well as work. =)
I think my all time favorite sticker set is the koi fish set 🥰 maybe I’m being biased but only because it was an honor when I found out you saw my comment suggesting the theme
Kay, another amazing video. I just can't choose one fav...I like them all, but the Dutch door is an interesting element. Thank you for sharing your creativity!
I like all 5 weekly spreads but I'm going to use tha last one for next week because since we are in quarentene I don't have a lot to write down in my weeklies. I use to separate my weekly boxes but I'm noticing that this last 2 weeks this hasn't been very useful and I need something simplier. Thank you very much for your videos, you are such a great inspiration for my journal.
Thanks! Allways a good help with your ideas for weekly spreads - and especially how to actually use them! I think I liked number 3 and 5 best, but I kinda want to try all 5 out ;) My suggestion to what you could make a new 5-types-video about would be some ideas for goalsetting! /Gunilla
Loved the video Kay! Maybe a video of single page weeklies? I dont need all the space a full spread allows so make mine smaller. Feel free to check out my insta to see what I mean 😉🥰 Keep staying safe, flattening that curve ❤
Yesss! I ordered the koi fish so seeing a weekly using it makes me so excited to set them up! I’m going to a dance intensive in June, so I wasn’t sure how I was going to set up my weeklies since I never had in advance, but the koi fish week is perfect for it!
This is a weird one but I like a monthly spread that spread out for weeks rather than dailies. I’m not sure if that makes sense but a monthly tracker based on weeks than days? I would also love like habit trackers with notes on it. I like to track that I drove but I always want to know where I drove to and from
Love your stickers. Once I have a job I will definitely buy some but for now I will have to settle for home made. Thank you for the ideas on the weekly spreads too. Really helpful 😊
My problem is that my week spread work so well that I don't wasn't to change it, but at the same time I feel a little bit bored and I want to try new things. But I have a pretty special bullet journal method so it's kinda difficult to find something that fits
I did a similar spread to #5 but with just washi tape b/c it's the last few real weeks of my first semester of grad school and with 3 classes- there's a lot due before finals are here. It's helped a ton to layout what I need to get done! I loved the 2nd spread and will try that this next week as it's a modification of my current weekly
Love this one!! It would be cool to see a study time spread or tracker format as I’m taking a state board exam soon and am trying to figure out how to make studying for it fun. Have you done a coffee theme? Carnival theme? Movie theme? Lady bug theme? Or maybe a dream space (apartment/home/studio) layout haha I have so many random ideas
Emily Taylor I’ll be bringing digital back to my shop soon! In the meantime I’ve been putting the digital files for my newer monthly collections on my Patreon - www.patreon.com/planningwithkay
Not sure if you have already done it because I am still catching up on your channel, but maybe different types of monthly spreads? Habits? Yearly/future log spreads? I am new to bullet journaling and I am creating a BuJo for 2021, yes I know that is WAY too in advance, but future planning for me works best. Can’t wait!
New subscriber friend! This was such a wonderful video, and extremely helpful! Thanks for sharing! I’m definitely leaving here with inspiration for my spreads! Take care
You are honestly the person who inspired me to start my bullet journal, and you also inspired me to record it. I think you are one of the best youtubers ever💖
New Subscriber here! I noticed you have several layouts for students. How about one for teachers? We have weekly meetings, conferences, task lists and habits to keep track of. We also desperately need to prioritize self care and healthy habits, especially these past few years. A uplifting color palette, no apples or pencils! LOL
Oh I loved these spreads. I liked 1 & 5 the most. I’m a happy planner not a bullet journal person but I always look for inspiration everywhere. I just ordered 2 sticker sheets from your shop and they are all so gorgeous. I’m glad you do international shipping too. 😁
So my journal is mostly used for a health tracker checking blood pressure heart rate respiratory rat blood sugar an insulin given and weight. I would love to add meal planing and exercise plus water intake daily I have no idea how to incorporate. Please help me
Has anyone made fluid weekly spreads, where the area of each day is as big as how much you write on it? I was thinking about this because there are days where I only jot one thing, and on other days I take up half the page. So the design of the spread will only be seen after the week is done. Been trying to search for examples.
I’d love to see just one just dedicated to a food journal. I’m in a weight loss journey and am trying to have a specific journal just for food and weight and daily notes
Thank you for this vlog. I want to do each month with a different layout. I'm not a fan of routine but sometimes in life I have to so different layouts help
