Mitrice case is infuriating. The cops dropped the ball so many times. I know her mother is filled with regret for not driving down that night. And to release her MINUTES after she ended her phone call, when they said they wouldn’t. I just can’t. How heartbreaking for her mother and family.
And the restaurant, too. What kind of place doesn't contact authorities when a random person walks in and starts interrupting the customers and just sitting down with them? Weren't they the least bit concerned for Mitrice's mental health or what might happen should she upset the wrong guest? It seemed luke no one cares at all- not the cops, not the staff. Smh
Cops did good they did their part ....cops ain't baby sitters. My heart goes out to her tho. My guess cops had compassion for her. Yes they should of called mom but how do u know they didn't.... ????
The amount of times the police were directly responsible for these situations going unsolved is maddening. Mitrice's case is absolutely unacceptable. Sure they got a settlement but at the cost of their loved one. And then Emma's, the cops arriving the NEXT DAY? Of course the guy still wasn't there! My god. Unbelievable.
@@meghanmisaliar okay. I mean, I thought the cops were supposed to serve and protect...but I guess you believe they just exist to give tickets and hassle kids playing in parks. Makes sense because that's all they do. Kill random people and ignore actual crime.
@@meghanmisaliarI mean yea when it’s your fault you get blamed 😂what you expecting to not be ridiculed when you let a killer go? I of course don’t literally mean you.
Mitrices case is a shining example of mishandling of justice. My heart goes out to her family. Her mother was told straight up they would keep her overnight. Her death is on their hands.
A black girl in Malibu who did not pay for a meal and her situation went from bad to worse what happened to kind ppl who really just want to help it’s clear something was wrong with her it’s not like the restaurant is going to go out of business over 80 plus dollars
Damn it, something so similar to what happened to Matrice happened to my close family member. He was arrested and he was suffering from dementia (which caused his agitation resulting in the incident) and is Deaf. We asked the police to contact us when he was going to be released, with no cell phone, confused, in the city he was not familiar with, and with agitation and confusion. They assured us they would. They didn't, we called back to see when it would happen and he'd been released the night before. It was terrifying, and we finally found him the next day in a homeless shelter and all his things had been stolen.
I agree! THESE are the cases that deserve a civil trial hitting these cities/towns where it always hurts them. That is the Only way new procedures MIGHT take place for future people that truly need help. TSER, I'm sorry for your loss under horrible circumstances, an absolute shame!
Same happened here in Phoenix. Never truat.poloce to protect or serve. Their job is tovarrest and process so the FA can hladd to his score of arrests & convictions. That's it. That's what we vote for and elect. A damn basketball score.
@@KenyanBunnie Yes, we're so lucky and grateful. I know that so often this sort of thing happens to vulnerable people and many many times, like for Mitrice, it does NOT turn out okay.
IT DOESNT TAKE MUCH FOR A FAMILY MEMBER OR FRIEND TO LIE TO THE POLICE FOR YOU. HOWEVER THE FORMER COP "BOBBY" FITS THE PROFILE OF THE MURDERER TO A T. He's a loner, ex cop, and a sexual predator, he knew Missy and her schedule because he attended the church, had riot gear and the same vehicle that scoped out the area before the killing took place. I think the "estimated height" of the suspect was way off and that's the only reason they stopped looking into him. As former law enforcement I can tell you that the only reason this case is still unsolved is due to laziness, as sad as that is.
I’m completely convinced that something happened to Mitrice at the police station- there’s absolutely a precedent of police taking advantage of women who are in the middle of a mental health crisis or addiction. With all of the lies from the police about what officers were present that night and the fact that they somehow released her without giving her back her property, the “lack” of CCTV footage from the police station- I just can’t see any other possibility. I think she was assaulted and then disposed of to cover it up.
After seeing how when he was in the pink shirt, how RANDY walked, and the SAME HUNCHED BACK, PUSHED OUT GUT, AS THE MAN IN THE "POLICE" RIOT GEAR, I'D SAY IT WAS HIM, BUT SUPPOSEDLY HE HAD A PROVABLE ALIBI. I think that her case needs NEW EYES ON HER CASE.
The Mitrice case always breaks my heart and the Lars case makes me angry 1. I would never leave my friend in another country. We arrived together and we leave together. He was already in a fight and could've suffered some sort of brain damage. 2. When he contacted his mother and sounded erratic, asking for his cards to be cancelled, why did no one get their A$$ on a plane immediately. something clearly wasn't right. Before people say, well what if they couldn't afford it? in a life or death circumstance, you become pretty resourceful. I'd sell my home, belongings and my own self to protect my family.
As an avid watcher of True Crime RU-vidrs all of these cases have always been head scratchers for me but the 2 cases you mentioned definitely made me angry and I feel like if someone had made a different choice things could've been prevented. Especially Lars, he should have never been left alone in another country, at least 1 of his friends should have stayed behind considering his head injury.
@@109soul your absolutely right bc a true friend would never leave another friend in another country with a concussion....I really don't think they're are many people out there anymore who understands what the meaning of friendship and loyalty is anymore....which is the reason I keep to myself. My husband is my best friend!
@@109soul that's the best way to be! You know those two sweethearts will never intentionally hurt you! I hope you and your family have a wonderful week! 💓
you can’t convince me that it wasn’t her father in law in the first case, missy. I mean really that is SUCH a distinct walk and stance it’s literally uncanny. i have to see his alibi idk i don’t belive it
I think that is exactly what the real killer wants people to think. They clearly were mimicking his gait and walk and WANTED to be studied and noticed on camera (hence the pointless walking around and messing with doors). The killer knew the father in law had an airtight alibi and wouldn't be in danger of being imprisoned but would be looked into hard. And it has seemed to work because even though the man clearly could not have done it people are convinced he somehow was in two places at once to kill Missy. This was planned and calculated and I'm sure it was someone close to the family.
Nope, he is also too tall to be the killer just like her husband and that other suspect. The killer looks to me as a 5'7 tall , chubby man with some kind of disability. It is impossible to reduce your height so it proves 100% none of those three men killed her.
@@coops1992 interesting take. like i agree with you but i don’t because i still think it’s him hahaha ya know ?? thanks for ur input i always appreciate new ifeas
Randy and the murder both walk like every overweight person with stiff knees that has ever existed.. Hell half of Texas walks like that. Did you miss the part about Randy having a strong alibi?
Missy Bevers case is the father-in-law, Randy. I don't care that the cops accepted his "unshakeable" alibi of being elsewhere. Between him and his son they concocted the perfect crime. Nice touch with the dog blood diversion.
I'm so glad you're on the case since you clearly know more than the officers investigating the case who have access to all the pertinent information. Whew! Couch detectives are so smart and clearly more superior than those dumb professionally trained in the field of homicide officers amirite??? Hahaha
The police failed mitrice and her family SOO BAD! They shouldn't of even processed her they shoulda brought her STR8 2 the HOSPITAL. Like how does ANY of that behavior sound NORMAL 2 them? Smh.
Not all areas have the appropriate resources. Here in San Diego we have Pert teams (psychiatric emergency response team) composed of a mental health clinician and a police officer. The respond to any case where someone is emotional or unstable or acting strange in any way and determine if they are in a mental health crisis. It’s meant to divert mentally I’ll people to the help they need instead of jail. One of those teams would have saved her life.
What bugs me about Mitrice Richardson’s case is the way the restaurant handled it. Her grandmother offered to give her credit card number over the phone and was told no because she couldn’t FAX them the information(?!). Who uses a fax machine?! That being said, I’ve worked in restaurants and people call routinely to buy drinks/ dinner/ desserts for guests and we take their credit card information all the time with no issue. That restaurant could have taken the grandmother’s credit card info and none of this would have happened. Having her arrested after she tried to pay is just petty.
Because she was blk. When you’re blk you are automatically treated with suspicion. Notice how the hostess didn’t say Mitrice seemed to be having a mental breakdown of sorts, she went straight to “on drugs”. So annoying.
It's so infuriating how she was treated all around. Jumping to conclusions and saying she was on drugs. Not calling her mother before she was released from jail knowing they confiscated her car from her. Her death could've been avoided had the police just made one phone call to her mother letting her know she was being released.
I don’t think it would’ve mattered. She was mentally spiraling. Her grandmother paying that bill would have allowed to go into her car and possible another situation. The officers should have done their job and kept her overnight. That has its own risk but her family would know she was there.
Regarding the Coriam case, the last known footage of her is on the ship phone, visibly upset and wearing men's clothing. Who did she call and what was said? One might think that would be important to know, yet it wasn't mentioned at all. Why hasn't this person come forward? I probably share the most popular opinion that the video footage implies sexual assault (common on cruise ships) followed by murder and "burial at sea". A lot of missing pieces here. Hoping a new detective picks this one up again to give her family the answers they surely need. Love and healing to them 💜🕯
Also her girlfriend had a relationship with a guy on the boat, there is speculation they killed her because they wanted her out of the picture, or she couldn't handle her girlfriend loving someone else and jumped.
Yeah, they have footage of her on the phone but where is the rest, apparently there are cameras everywhere but these ship companies refuse to co-operate with authorities and supply the CCTV ..or say they have none...ummmm
Rebecca was the year above me in school it was such a shock when I heard about it, definitely should have more footage considering all the cameras they have !
The case of Mitrice is haunting and every time I hear the tape of her sweet Mother's call I feel heartbroken for her. The police dropping the ball is so disturbing and the search effort offensive. If it was just OÑE authority involved with her arrest I may accept she slipped through the cracks but booking, monitoring behavior in custody, speaking with her Mother, discharge planning, confiscating possessions and impounding her car etc takes a number of authorities. Not one took the responsibility to draw attention to the fact that her obvious mental health crisis should be treated appropriately for her safety. Her behavior thought to be intoxicated but the breathalyzer showed otherwise was a huge red flag. For this I am puzzled to the point that has caused me suspicion perhaps one of them manipulated the process and may be responsible for her death. Please know people did care Mitrice and rest peacefully.
I commented about Matrices case above, but I swear that she had to be watched by law enforcement and attacked. It just makes sense. The man and her Mother calling 911 were more or less letting someone know that she was vulnerable. Unfortunately some predator could have taken advantage of the situation and hunted her down.
@@stephanieann1213 I have also wondered if someone from the bar/restaurant who saw that she was struggling, later called the police claiming concern and was told she was released and was also given the info about the homeowner in the canyon who reported her in his yard but she left. That would have given the area she was roaming. I wonder if they found any DNA on her and tested patrons and employees from the restaurant? For the way her arrest was handled I would hope authorities would be aggressive and diligent working her case but it seems weird not to hear anything. I'm going to check if there is a web sleuth group working on it I have always felt haunted by her story and very concerned for her loved one's. 😥
Maaaan, the Mitrice case is so fucked up. I don't think she would be missing today if the police just released her to her mother instead of releasing her on her own in a strange area. Just infuriating
Should sue the police department for negligence. I feel like they had something to do with her disappearance. Once of them officers either killed her or knows who did because that shit is so wierd
These cases are so sad. It seems that each person's case might still be solved if the right detective gets it. Thankfully, cold cases are still solved.
Her husbands dad definitely killed missy. I immediately saw the similarities in his gait with the killers. Maybe he had a connection with Bobby and obtained the riot gear from him. I wonder if they’ve ever looked into that connection.
They have either cleared him completely or can't prove it was him in any way. That being said, anyone can copy another person's extremely unique gait and set them up, which is what I believe has happened. I think it was a woman even though I have zero evidence to come to thst conclusion.
@@natashareneexoxo well if you don't want to leave stop complaining. US is a great country. Stop judging an entire nation based on a few inept cops. YOU are part of the problem.
Mitrice Richardson's case is both tragic and was preventable, yet police still turn out people in the middle of night and still aren't good with dealing the mentally ill. RIP Mitrice🙏💔
Police are to enforce laws. Not offer mental health services. But you can thank the DEMONrats for closing the mental hosp. in the early 80s. Most of the problems today can be linked to the LibRETARDedDEAMONrat party. Iv lived thru the 50s-60s-70s-80s-90s-2000s Iv seen who is to blame. Closing down the mental health system and alowing the people that need help to self medicate with drugs is never going to have a good out come.
Yep, it had to be to perforate his ear drum. He may have had a concussion but his behavior seemed a lot like psychosis like when a person who has schizo-affective disorder has stopped taking their meds....or possibility the antibiotic he was (supposedly) prescribed interacted with his meds & made them ineffective.
@@JesgateOnDown yes! an incompatibility between the prescribed medications, maybe? or a prescription error? this guy acts like he's running from enemies.. the problem is we don't know if they were imaginary.. the doctor he saw seemed a little weird..
I hope everybody forgives me because I know these are sad stories, but I can't help but chuckle at your response that that must've been one hell of a punch. LOL
The punch could have caused a traumatic brain injury. Which can change personality and cause irrational behavior. I woman I knew had one from a car wreck. She would stand up in the middle of church and blurt out weird things. She went from being “normal” to being paranoid, mean, and had a lot of delusions.
With Mitrice WHY would they let her out?! You clearly see she's manic drop her at a hospital, take her home you release her wo proper clothing, no phone and no car. She's a woman alone. The police dropped the ball. The police even told her mother they'd let her know when they released her and they also know that her mother was concered. They released her 5 min after hanging up with her?! Someone needs to lose their job bc they are not worthy of policing people.
Statistically, college-educated blacks are far more likely to experience racial discrimination than blacks with a high school diploma or less. The obvious motive for this pattern of behavior is to minimize competition for desirable jobs. After determining that Mytrice was both college-educated and mentally unstable, the police probably figured out that a violent fate would probably befall her if they released her early. So they released her early. It's like murder, but you can't PROVE it's murder.
I can’t believe they let Mitrice go, and I can’t believe they didn’t let her mother file a missing person’s report the next morning saying she hasn’t been missing for over 24 hours…apparently something was wrong with her and her mother specifically requested they keep her in custody (because it was so out of her character) until she was able to come pick her up the next morning…
The 2nd girl likely committed suicide. The 3rd girl, Mitrice desperately needed emergency psychiatric care, but unfortunately didn't get it. The police needed to hold her, until her mother got her. These cases are unbelievably tragic and sad.
I'm glad her family sewed the police department .I pray and hope that her family can get closure. The footage disappeared then reaper that's sounds stang. The police department should get investigated. R.I.P
On Emmas case the police came the next day???? Wtf Poor Mitrice, I swear these cops need to be sued and given jail time. Especially since the buttholes told her Mom they were going to keep her. This is the perfect example of complete incompentence!!
In my hometown the jail will not release any inmate if it’s dark outside unless they have a ride. The person picking them up also has to go inside & state who they’re picking up so they can confirm the inmate does have a ride. This policy was implemented after a person who had been released was hit by a car & died while trying to walk home in the dark. More jails should adopt this safety measure as it helps prevent cases like Mitrice’s. I know jails can get overcrowded, but to combat that instead of booking people for petty crimes only to release them a short time later they could just give them a citation.
Even if I'm a millionaire, I'm not paying $60 for a taxi ride. It's the principle of the matter, not whether or not I can afford it. Saying it was odd that Emma decided against taking the taxi ride for $60 despite having $2000 doesn't take into account the possibility that she didn't want to waste money needlessly just because she could.
MY THOUGHT IS THAT EMMA WAS TAKEN HOSTAGE BY A PROFESSIONAL SEX TRAFFICKING RING AND SOMEONE WAS KEEPING TRACK OF HER WHEREABOUTS AND HER MONEY. SO SHE DIDN'T WANT TO LEAVE A CONSPICUOUS CHARGE ON THE DEBIT CARD FOR FEAR OF HAVING IT BE NOTICED BY HER CAPTORS. THIS ALSO EXPLAINS THE MULTIPLE CALLS TO HER MOTHER AND THE REVERSAL OF HER REQUESTS.
@@Ready-ForTheEnd Nah, people who got money, don't spend where they don't need to. That's more of a poor person's ideology. I've always been broke and if I got 2 grand $60 seems like nothing to me. Whereas my aunt and uncle who make near 100k a year would be like "What? No." And since she's so experienced, she probably knew that was a ripoff.
In the Missy Bevers case I've always believed that it was her father in law Randy. I don't believe his supposed alibi. He probably rented or borrowed a car. Put the gear on him and have him reenact the killers moves inside the building. Watch the way he moves around etc. It was just so convenient for the husband to make sure he had an alibi. I also believe the Choice of wearing the riot gear was to throw attention toward the cop she was talking with.
The Lars Mittank case is super interesting to me. Not only because he lived like half an hour away from me, but because of what might have happened, what could have caused his sudden change in demenour. I do have my own theories on that, but its still very strange.
Yes agree. I think it stems from the head injury ! He changed after that. Did the X-ray his skull? He could have had a small fracture - who knows. But he definitely became paranoid. Then panicked, probably kept running. His head injury got worse , no food, no help, didn’t trust anybody for help. I’d say he hid somewhere and passed away. Very sad.
Yeah, I’m not sure. He took an antibiotic called Cefprozil to help with a ruptured eardrum that he suffers during a bar fight but I don’t know if that could’ve been the cause of his sudden change in behavior, although I just read that it can induce psychotic side-effects. Even if we figure out what caused this, that won’t figure out where he went.
@@rhondawebb3469 no, according to Wikipedia, he only suffered a ruptured eardrum and injured jaw in the bar fight. He did take an antibiotic that can induce psychotic side-effects.
This happens to people with vertigo and head trauma. I’ve had vertigo twice (messed up ears) one led to loss of 100% coordination, second time I had a 4 days of extreme paranoia of really bad shit!! This coupled with my multiple head injuries in life. Luckily I had people to stay with me while the vertigo healed/ie. ruptured ear drum is extremely similar. I’m 99% certain this is what happened to him and with no repair to the ear drum from meds he could of hid out there till he died, tried to swim for it or be wandering the earth with no idea where he is and scared of almost everyone and everything! And after reading the above reply he should of NEVER been given that antibiotic; especially if it can add to the injuries he already had that can induce such things!
@@angielala9453 I've had 2 bouts of vertigo and suffer from non-stop chronic tinnitus. The first bout of vertigo lasted over a week and was wicked intense. This being said, not one time did I ever get paranoid or do anything remotely close to what Lars did. I have also been in fights before and not due to the fights but have sustained concussions a couple times in my life but again never did anything closely resembling Lars actions. Everybody reacts differently to injuries or trauma of course, but still running out of airport, over a fence and never being seen again is absolutely a bizarre mystery.
Missy Beavers - the killer was a man with a prosthetic leg and a handicap license plate. Check out Arrin Stoner's detailed analysis on the case. He's in a league of his own.
Missy Beavers father in law is 100% the murderer. I don’t know how anyone who knows the case can say otherwise. This is a list of things that are exactly the same as the “mystery guy” and her father in law; height, weight, hunched over stature, the weird way they walk, the way they reach…
I had no doubt to beginning, either. But they have checked out his alibi, and it's impenetrable. It's not just some person who says he was with them. And in criminal court, it's not what the prosecutors believe, but what they are able to prove. Any fresh faced defense attorney will find ten people who look and walk like that, put them in the same type of disguise and have them parade around for the judge and jury. Not to mention the alibi that not even the prosecutors doubt. Plenty of reasonable doubt, and not a lick of known evidence. The person is found "not guilty due to lack of evidence", and can never be tried again. Double jeopardy.
Omg the story of the mother calling and being assured it was okay and trusting them is gut wrenching to listen to. I pray they've found some peace in life. They deserve all good things after having to live through that nightmare.
Sorry, but having worked in inpatient psychiatry a number of years, the Lars Mittank case is a textbook neuropsych emergency - saw similar ones almost every week. It is typically a young man (can happen to women, but more guys) who was previously perfectly fine, then starts acting oddly, erratically, and almost always believes people are after them or plotting against them, but won’t give details and refuse all help (police, family, etc). It frequently escalates over days to the person literally running away in fear….in one case I saw into the deep woods and stayed out long enough and ran enough that they did damage to their kidneys from rhabdomyolysis, and was near death from dehydration. These episodes are more common than most think, but one of the last taboo subjects (people will talk openly of their depression now, but few about a delusional, paranoid episode). Things go wrong with our brains, like any other organ, and paranoia is a common manifestation, even if your brain is “normal.” People with severe medical illnesses can have hallucinations (usually saying they see big groups of bugs), or saw one patient with liver failure who was ready to leave the hospital from paranoia the staff and others were all plotting to hurt them. They later agreed to stay….and their behavior was completely different and perfectly normal after the procedure lessened the strain on their liver and blood tests normalized. I helped remove a line used for the procedure and in the 10 minutes I stood there holding pressure, the person talked about how confused they were and how scary it was.
so, the common thread in all these stories is police releasing young, obviously distraught and mentally unstable women into the unforgiving chaos of the streets. Sometimes with an added sadistic edge of having just promised their worried parents NOT to do that. That's inspiring... What a way to "serve and protect"!
I just randomly found your channel and this is my kinda content! now I'm gonna have to go back and catch up on all your videos! just subscribed and keep up the great work! I LOVE longer form content. 10-20 minutes is great, but I love 30+ minutes and sometimes hour long videos! I know it's not for everyone, but I love it!
The last two really hurts to hear, Mitrice could have been found way earlier or even still alive if they just had left her there till morning. The restaurant and the police treated her like nothing. Who ever murdered her most likely did because of the illegal growing or because she was just vulnerable. Lars most likely was dealing with psychotic issues cause of the medicine and concussion. They say after the fight, he acted weird then say he was fine when they left…kind of weird to not to check on him after leaving even though I couldn’t just leave a friend behind. Honestly if my friend was hit in the back of the head, I’m taking them to the hospital to make sure there isn’t a concussion. It’s been proven prolonged head injuries can cause a lot of issues, mentally. He was most likely losing it and had been before disappearing. 🥺
I truly believe Mars had a severe infection and some brain damage, possibly a reaction to the medication. Why on earth would his friends leave him there all alone. You could tell something was wrong with is brain. Just heartbreaking for someone so young.
Medication alone don't do that, however i think his brain was injured from the hit on the head he took for those bullies in the sports bar. All went downhill from there... As for the friends leaving him behind, despite his obvious strange behaviour, i wouldn't call them friends. Real friends don't leave a lovers one or someone they care about in a foreign place, they would have wait for him to be cleared to fly and stay with him the whole time. No loyalty there.
But even with that being said, where did he go?? Lots of people that have brain injury wander off and people get them to safety. Lars ran and jumped an airport fence in broad daylight and then just vanished. It is such and head scratcher (no pun intended) Lars ran and jumped a fence, so physically he was fine. If he was struggling physically and not very mobile, then I could see just disappearing. Due to head trauma and his inability to get around. But he was on the move and in broad daylight when he just...vanished. So creepy.
With exception of Missy; it seems as if the majority of the missing were going through various mental disorders/ distress so sad that no one could spot it. One girl outside barefoot, the other the waitress states she seems to be on drugs, the male left alone by friends after a head injury. Recipes for inevitable disaster
The first case is Randy being the culprit. Yet the only reason they have not arrested him yet is because there is no evidence linking him to her murder despite the hatred he had for her, his alibi and his gait that matches the gait of the person walking around in the church. Lars Mittank must have suffered a head injury during that fight which can cause irratic behavior. And Mitrice Richardson’s death was not ruled a homicide. According to police, her body showed no signs of an attack yet her body was nude and completely mummified so I’m wondering that far advanced in decomp how do they know she wasn’t murdered? Strange.
I like how the Narrator actually says " She was arrested for defrauding a restaurant and possession of Marijuana even though it was just barely an OZ."
I feel for Mitrice’s family so much but from what I heard from the call, it doesn’t sound to me like the cop ever said with any assurance that she would be held overnight.
@@GenXfrom75 I agree that it’s awful and she deserves justice. Her family are also victims so I’m not trying to victim blame but it sounds like her mom just assumed they would because she asked them to. If it were me, I’d be packing up my other daughter for a road trip immediately OR ask ten different ways if they could guarantee they would keep her overnight and ask for that officer’s name and when his shift ends so I can call again and speak to another officer who’s present there.
@@sfspurri Yes indeed, I would have flew out the house with one shoe on and half dressed! @@zorazorazorzzora8333 You said it! They would have taken care of any white woman but Mitrice was black and having an episode so they just got rid of her and one of their number trolled after her and did her in. I'll always believe that.
In Missy's case, it would be simple to find the killer's height by using the dimensions of the hallway & floor tiles, and *irresponsible* to rule out the 6'1" security guard when the height of the suspect isn't actually known. It *would* be easy to eliminate suspects by finding out whether they have a history of out-toeing/ being "duck-footed." With a case as severe as on the security camera footage, anyone who's seen them walk or even stand in one spot would have noticed. Although I'm glad these missing people's cases are getting coverage, the stock footage is tacky and the scriptwriting is godawful. Harsh comment, sure, but not cleaning up such obvious & repeated mistakes is not a respectful treatment of the subject matter.
The father is guilty, you can recognize him on the video so we’ll that it’s not funny. It’s easy to have a fake alibi, just one person saying you were somewhere else without any proof and hop you have an alibi.
The missy bevers video will never not be terrifying ugh. The person on video DOES really match up to Randy’s build and gait. Of course he’s not the only person in the world to have a bit of a hunchback and walk with feet turned outward with a slight limp…but it’s still weird and sus.
Yeah I wonder how closely they investigated the alibis and if they could have somehow misjudged the height. Bc Bobby seems like the most likely of them despite the height disparity. The other possibility is that Missy was “talking to” Bobby in a way that made a woman in his life-with access to his uniform- jealous. I also wonder if her husband had a side chick. (Was he a cop?) It actually would not be that easy to get a real uniform as opposed to some party city crap so this person was at least close enough to a cop to “borrow” a uniform.
That story was so crazy but the cops should have kept her in custody instead of releasing her after her mom made that phone call they dropped the ball on that one
It’s so ridiculous the way the woman in Mitrice’s case called the police. How can you be so unaware that how you describe someone on the phone to the cops could get someone killed (I haven’t seen the end of Mitrice’s story yet, so I don’t know how it progressed). the instant suggestion of drugs. she says “or something” at the end. She knows there are other possibilities like mental illness, epilepsy, brain damage, etc. but she chooses to name drugs and leave the officers (people who are not empathetic, smart or helpful) with one possibility at the forefront. Also the “she’s refusing to pay”. Mitrice was not refusing. She was looking for options (while not in her right mind which the restaurant worker obviously saw) and she could not get one. Being willing to pay but not having enough is very different to purposefully trying to get away with not paying. This worker really handled this horribly. Everyone out there, please understand that police aren’t helpful in a lot of scenarios, one of the workers could have asked for a parents phone number or friend’s number, asked if Mitrice was okay and try and find someone who would understand the situation. Find out a trusted person that Mitrice would let speak to the worker so they could understand and get help. The money can be handled later, you can clearly see a human struggling to comprehend things and having delusions, help!
She's a woman they didn't care about. She ordered food she didn't pay for, she was having an episode and she was black. Some opportunistic cop took advantage of the last two elements of that.
@Ms Thomas, you're exactly correct! If the info would've included the entire police exchange, it shows the officer leaves the station right as Mitrice does. I'm stuck on her mama with her customer service voice telling the jailer her daughter's very well spoken. Sadly, the real state of this country is when I asked the jailer if my black son is alive & well when he was brought in for questioning for being a possible person of interest when a search was in progress. It was for a mid-40s, short, dark skinned man fleeing in a vehicle 5 miles away. My 6ft, 24yr old, light skinned son out on a bike ride with my grandson. I suppose it's gonna be said that a bike is a vehicle so yeah... But I bet she doesn't trust the law like she wanted to beforehand. Outrageous!!
Mitrice was murdered by the cops. Can't prove it... but she didn't kill herself! This was no accident she didn't fall off the cliff. They (cops) were told by the homeowner that there is a lady that needs help, and they knew who she was because they deliberately released her so they could track her down and kill her! They covered it up. Sadly, she wasn't important to them. $900,000 should've been 9million! My condolences to all especially her family
I'm sorry, but Randy walks JUST like the guy in the video. Just like him. I don't care about his stupid alibi. I think it was him. He's even built like him.
Except he has plane tickets, pictures of him in California his phone pings in california, he spot and run dozens of security cams, pictures of him and his wife and social media of the metadata that tracks the location, witnesses who don't even know him testifying, credit card transactions, hotel security footage, TSA check-ins I mean you do you
Nope, too tall and that person's chest in video is also stuffed with tools and a protective vest which make them look chubby while in reality that is a thin person which Randy is clearly not lol.
@@twobrokeguyz1214 I'm with ya 100% no doubt. How convenient with the blood covered clothing days after the murder too, i think he had someone tip him off about the feds coming to ask about the blood covered clothing so he set up the dog blood alibi so that when they seemingly randomly showed up to question him hes like "test the damn blood its dog blood!". That walk of the killer in video, from the way he moves his arms to the way he arcs his hands as he moves is EXACTLY perfectly the same as the dad, down to the hobble and the overweight unathletic body and age the killer appears to be in suit.. down to the damn clown feet that stick out left and right as he walks. Its so fucking obvious man i dont give a fuck about his very cleverly set up alibi that video is just too fucking identical. OF alllllll the people in the world to move all the limbs exactly like that.. its the husbands dad.. what are the odds.
I'll put one caveat to my comment though.. the moment i saw her husband at that look in his eyes, he legit looked like a killer to me. Theres a chance that he was setting up his own dad for like a 2 in 1 crime.. Kill his wife and send his Dad away (maybe he hated his Dad?) it would be the perfect crime if he got away with it and wanted both gone..
It's sad when someone that is clearly mentally not right couldn't be put in a safe place to help manage her episode until family could arrive or someone to help them.
True!!! And i don't believe in all those case being mental illness like some people say. Mental illness don't just appear out of the blue like that, and kill people, they may have mental issues like anxiety or depression like most of us, but there are other people involved in those disappearances for sure... Elise Lam didn't throw herself in a water tank and put the lid on top after, there is no way she could have physically done that, someone did that. There are evil people out there.
So it took the cops 24 hrs to get to a possible murder sus!!! If I was the family I would go after the police for that it's a shame I hope and pray that the families get answers. (All of them)
All of these cases are just so horrible. Bad enough to loose a loved one, but to then not know what happened to them. I think that collective memorials to the missing, like war memorials to those who lost their lives in battle, should be made. They should never be forgotten.
What they did to her by releasing her in the middle of the night without any way back to her vehicle is criminally negligent. Why they didn’t allow her mother to help her is troubling.
More investigation needs to be placed on the police department... Cause they knew he mental state and STILL released her without a guardian or sum...then her body was found close to the station, negligence by officers to search and continue to search for her...smfh... That's y I don't have faith in the police
@@howdareyouexist there's enough evidence of the cops lying to her mom and then letting her go in the middle of the night with no phone, wallet, or car. Idk what else you need
Missy Bevers case -I can't believe-_with all the evidence they have they can't solve this case. Had to be someone she knew, who owned or had access to riot gear, who walked with a strange gait, who drove a silver Nissan, who was a certain height, etc...
It was her husbands father. He has the same exact build and walked the exact same way. There is video of the father in law walking and it's so eery! I got chills because it was so obvious
Yeah, honestly I do believe it was him. Or the biggest fucking coincidence ever. That man's swinging arms were the same. His feet pointing outward was the same. His slightly hunched over frame. His walking speed. That alibi must have been lying up their ass. It could have all been a family conspiracy against Missy or something. I need to see what this Bobby dude looks like though.
I believe it was a women. Missy was having an affair with a married man, who had tact gear. The wife probably found out. The I heard about this case on a podcast and they gave alot of info about this case.
You misspoke several times in this video...calling the suspect the "victim" and saying "he or she" but then saying "he" before you came to the end...gotta work on editing my guy.
The police failed Mitrice horribly, they should never have arrested her in the first place they should have taken her to the hospital, and they NEVER should have let her leave at 1 AM. They are partially responsible for whatever happened to her. And I wonder what would have happened if she was a white woman. How absolutely tragic and angering.
That's what I thought... if she were a white woman they probably would've taken it more seriously....I honestly don't think law enforcement should be allowed to release people in the middle of the night without notifying a third party. Especially when they have no phone, coat, car etc.
Omg everything doesn’t have to do with skin color I just watched a video of someone non white n they did similar released her when she totaled her car n then let her go n walk home n she never made it so knock it off n no I’m not racist I’m black I’m just not here for all the bs
@@alishavlogs1483 no white EXACTLY the point they don’t gaf unless you’re white and they prove that time and time again. Plus police don’t protect black women no way so them pointing out the fact that mitrice was a black woman is completely logical police have a history of failing black women it never ends
The "cruise ship company" in Rebecca's case is DISNEY and there is no reason not to mention that other than being worried about a video taken down, etc. They have a LOT of video of her they have REFUSED to show her family and her "former lover" was also in a relationship with the man most people expect to have caused her harm. I know you can't cover EVERYTHING, but a lot of important stuff was left out here. I watched an entire special about her a while back, but certain info puts things into a different and more forthcoming context.
