Thank so much for your revolutionary approach to the violin study. I would love you to explain how to approach vibrato as it happens me to tense a lot. I’m confused about the origin of the movement.

I will try but I've tried before. I have chronic left shoulder / neck pain. It's so stiff and jacked up. I am out of ideas to fix . Very frustrating. 😢 Btw ....I teach yoga too.🎉

So nice to meet a fellow yoga teacher! I'm sorry you are going through the chronic pain.. If you are experiencing pain, it'd be best to take it easy and see a physical therapist. When your pain is released, you can try these posture adjustments and you'll feel the difference!! :)
