I manage a team of VA’s, merong isang member na nahuli kong nandadaya sa work at underperforming. Nakailang ulit ko pinagbigyan, pero walang change. Kaya I decided to let him go, with all the reasons kung bakit and also thanked him for his service. Ngayon hindi niya tanggap, binomba niya ng emails yung client which is really unprofessional - parang nagsusumbong at tanong na bakit siya inalis. Blinock siya ng client. Please don’t ever do that.

Hi Mimi Vic, I want to apply there, I'm so inspired by you, I have an experience as Real Estate General/Exec Virtual Assistant 2 years ago, that time I didn't know that I'm a VA HAHAA, I don't know the terms or terminologies, I just did what I'm told to do , I tried my really best to perform or to fulfill my task, I want to work at home really, because being a security guard my health is in line. As I am researching as VA, I realized and found out that I have already an experience na pala hahahaha, as of now I'm not quite used to speaking in English as I always use our everyday language. But I'm watching a lot of vids that will help me to be an efficient and effective VA, Thank you so much for all the information you're sharing with us. I'm watchin your vids now and warcuing tutorials, and navigating the tools that will help me make my task easier. Hope to get hired as soon as possible.

hi Mimi Vic, I want to learned talaga lalot sa pagiging VA , i have a skills na as a VEA but not totally 100 percent learning. Willing mag aral as a VA and VEA. Gusto ko sana mapag aralan how to communicate the client, paano maging madaldal lalot pag interview.. Pag dating sa interview lalot english nalulutang ako. Pero inaaral ko how to speak in english.

Hello po, just wanna ask if okay ba mag VA even tho student ako during day, I am willing to work 3-4 days a week and 2-4 hrs a day (but I'll work nigh shift during weekdays and anytime during weekends)
