Your boxing channel. News, Talk Shows, Podcasts & Live Fights. Our motivation for creating ProBox TV is simple. Boxing fans have been taken for granted. They’ve been underserved regarding the quality of content. Further, the other networks involved in boxing lack a commitment to the sport, the fighters and most importantly, the fans. Real fight fans need an “all-boxing channel” fully focused on giving fans what they want.

Bivol's defence is criminally underrated... Best in boxing - the way he blocks shots with his gloves is very effective and often overlooked, as people focus on his movement (which is also exceptional). The commentators were calling shots that just weren't landing...

Did Wilder have a successful career financially considering his limited skill and ability? Absolutely. But was Wilder overrated his entire career because US fans badly wanted an American counterpart to AJ? HELL YES. Is Wilder’s resume garbage and did he benefit from careful matchmaking? Yes. Is Wilder a top 5 heavyweight of his era or an all-time great? HELL NO.

I like that Paulie and Tim had a genuine disagreement and I agree with Tim. I myself bought into the bogeyman narrative but at the end of the day it was just a narrative and not something that was shown in the ring. Comparing Wilder to Mike Tyson is unbelievable from Paulie. Great show Big fan from Saudi Arabia🇸🇦 I would like to explain something about the low attendance to the events, First: boxing still not the most popular sport but its growing and these events are helping alot but, I believe the major cause is the timing of the events, the weekend in Saudi is Friday and Saturday, and as you said the events are usually long, imagine going to work the next day if you reached home after 4 am I know they cannot change the timing because of the international viewers I attended the knockout chaos because it was on Friday which was awesome for me, but not much for people outside Saudi😅 Peace

Hindsight is 20/20 Paulie but what about all of us who were calling it the entire time? When he was in there fighting the likes of Molina, Duhaupas, Szpilka and Washington - Anthony Joshua had unified twice against Klitschko and Parker and defended against a gold medalist and former world champion in Povetkin. Aside from Ortiz, the guys Wilder defended his belt against weren't even world level fighters. You cannot compare him to Tyson who, while in a weak era in the 80s still beat all the contenders in that era. Wilder avoided the contenders in his own era and now he will retire without a name worth reading on his resume.

Also a victim of his own punching power because in his prime, he couldnt get any of the big names in the ring, except fury and Ortiz. Him and Aj fumbled the undisputed fight badly and I remember joseph parker being at wilders fight in alabama. Wilder stopped his opponent and parker went and unified with Aj instead. The critique of Wilders CV is not hindsight. It was cited a lot and largely brushed aside by detractors because the excitement of his knockouts led people to believe he’d knock anybody out even if stepping up. To be a champ for 5 yrs and not face one other champ or feared contender during that time isn’t something we should accept or celebrate, but that’s how PBC builds hype, reputations and as is being seen in this debate, legacy!

Deontay Wilder landed a few right hands on Zhang, but Zhang took them like nothing. Wilder fought better opponents than Joshua for the last 2 or 3 fights. Anthony Joshua still got the glass chin, and if that right hand landed he’d still go down. Zhang had good defense, and Wilder still got some right hands in. Most other heavyweights would have gotten knocked out. If Wilder fought Franklin, Wallin, and Ngannou. I think he beats them three. If Joshua fought Parker and Zhang. I suspect Joshua would stop Parker late. And beat Zhang to a decision. If they fight it’d go 6-9 rounds, and maybe Wilder could knocked out AJ. It’s boxing politics, and styles make fights.

Deontay suffered from cancelled and missed fights... Pivedkin, Joshua and Klitschko if he could have got some of those he might have been electric. I thought he would have beat AJ at his height
@asherandall7441
@asherandall7441 23 дня назад
They turned down AJ multiple times. Wilder had the same manager as Klitschko and after wilder won the belt he said "wilder is just a baby champion" not ready for a fight with klitschko. Wilder was 30 fights into his career. Povetkin popped dirty and that's on him but wilder and his team ducked the others.
@brandenbrooks5525
@brandenbrooks5525 23 дня назад
@@asherandall7441 to be fair he started late and didn't have a typical amateur background. So that seemed to justify his longer development. Hearn actually said the same thing about AJ. Him turning down the lower ball offer may have been correct but in retrospect it's clear it was a mistake to have turned down the larger dazn offer. But there appeared to be a lot of weird statements coming from both promotions. AJ teams also made delaying comments. This whole ordeal reminds me that boxing behaved like a massive drama and popularity contest. Rather than sport too often
@asherandall7441
@asherandall7441 23 дня назад
@brandenbrooks5525 Aj also started late. I dont blame wilder cos based on his development as a boxer, clearly his team was lacking. His technical ability is awful for someone 40 fights into their career. From the research I did during the Wilder AJ fiasco, Wilders team made that situation harder than it ever needed to be

I also agree that in his prime, Wilder would beat Joshua. He would have starched Andy Ruiz. And he got robbed out of 1 fight in the Trilogy w Fury. I believe to this day that Fury cheated at least once against Wilder (with gloves, and hitting behind the head) 😮

Wilder carrier opponents were cherry picked till Fury. They cherry picked Fury because he was out of the ring for a long time then. But unfortunately for Wilder Fury carried through in the first. Then the rest is history. I think we can now agree that opponents matters

I agree with Bradley 100% in regards to hergovic being overrated and everything he stated about Wilder. This is the first time i felt Bradley was being honest and I agreed with because Bradley 95% of the time is bias and says anything. Dubois is overrated in my opinion although I respect what I believe is the only thing he has and that’s HEART which you can’t teach!!!

Dubois' never been a quitter. The eye was a major and it stopped him - he was wise with it. In the Usyk fight, in R9 DD was getting up on '9' but the Ref waved it off on '9' - watch it again. He was rushed off before we even knew what was happening. It was bizzare. And he was robbed of the V in R5 after his powerful b/shot. So can y'll stop with the "quitter" nonsense.
