I use a plastic bag over my head while running to prevent the ear buds from falling out and oxygen from coming in.

stockholm marathon, so training 3 times per week, 1 normal, 1 long and 1 interval, i like music for the long runs :)

My earphones kept falling out when laying in bed, I just placed them in opposite ear and looped the wire over and behind each earlobe, problem solved!

Thank you for this video. I’m getting ready for a bike ride and remembered my last one... My earbud (Bluetooth with short wire) fell out got caught in the spokes of my front tire, ripping the other one from my ear and jamming up my gears. Bobby-pins it is!!! I’m out ya’ll, stay safe!

I thought there was a method of hanging them up around the back, then over the top and in from the side. You can so a similar thing with your earphones!

Thank for the suggestions. I bought my first IPhone this week and when I run the damn earbuds fall out. At forty one years old, I'll be running my thirty-third full marathon this summer. After all these years I'm seriously thinking about retiring my Brooks. I'll still crank out a few miles every morning but the marathons are taking a real toll on my knees. Anyway, thank again for the tips. And by the way, you are quite handsome. You've got awesome hair and a fantastic smile. I hope that's not too weird to say.

I just clean my ears and earbuds with soap and water. It removes all of the grease and really helps your earbuds not fall out!

Came across this video as I am on the hunt for a solution right now I had found the perfect pair of bluetooth headphones, the Sennheiser CX7 which had a neck thingie (for the life of me I can't think of what to call it) that allowed some slack so they weren't pulling out due to gravity. Unfortunately they broke and I sent them in on warranty which because the model was discontinued they sent me the 350bt model which are cheaper and keep falling out. Sigh

I think I'll just replace mine. Those that come with the iphones suck.. None of these tips will really help me. Mine fall out walking fast on the treadmill and the cord/phone are not pulling on the earphones because I lay the phone close to my head.

Try wearing them properly you goose. Microphone on the left and hook the cable over your ears and the bud fits perfectly into your ear, they never fall out. Honestly, is it really that hard??????

You could get the rubber off the ear buds. turn them inside out put them back on the ear buds. BAM THEY PLUG IN YOUR EAR
