Nizima is owned by Live 2d, and Booth is owned by Pixiv! Both site owners are also the creators of 2d and 3d vtuber model creation software respectively. Just one thing that makes them a lot more reliable in my opinion. Oh, also, Reality was affiliated with Kizuna Ai at one point! I have tried that one, but I feel its a lot better for social streams/interactions than some of the more professional ones.
Vroid these days can even looks 2D if you spend a lot of times in it, even with default asset because we can change texture or draw on clothes. Though the more details you want to do probably needs a good pc or laptop to do it without crashing down. To avoid crashing before saving your work, the only way to do for clothes is to save the guide and draw in different programs before returning to vroid to import.
live 2d is easy to use, yes, but god forbid if you want anything beyond basic appearance. the nightmare of making even a simple hat in blender, importing it to unity, figuring out why the colors change, and finally attatching a single hat was far from a fun experience. speaking of which, how did you get those wings on your model in the vroid segment?
Thank you this actually helped. I am doing content and live streaming but felt something was off. When I heard about vtubing, at first it sounded cringy ngl but the more I think of it, the more I wanna do it. This video will help me so much in my journey forward
Was really exited when I found a model fitting for me on Nizima, then found out I need to create an account - no problem with that. NOW I found out I can only purchase models RN if I am from japan myself... Was very dissapointed :(
I'm opting to start as a png tuber because its far cheaper to start with an inspiration image and commission a few poses than to get a custom vtuber as well as, my pc is not strong enough to run vroid I found out.
The problem for me isn't drawing that is actually my least concern since i can draw really well (comparing to other models) the thing is i don't know damn about rigging and the live 2d software but i'm thinking to start art commissions for vtuber models and then probably commission someone else to do the rigging
There's loads of tutorials. My limitation on live 2d is I don't have a tablet or experience with digital art. Thinking of trying vroid, personally, to get started, or using a pixil art png project I'm working on. We'll get there, just a learning curve.
I have another way for people who don’t want to draw 😊 there is a game called gacha (there is gacha life gacha club and gacha life 2 I recamend gacha club cause it’s simple and you could get height quality sapparated oc)where you could make your own oc but is 3/4 view but you could separate the body parts (there are tutorials about that) and put it on any drawing programme and look for tutorials on how to make front facing gacha ❤❤then export it as psd then live 2D then rig ❤❤hope this helps
If you get laughed up just remember, "Wow, how sad and unfulfilling is your life, that your only joy comes from mocking someone for something that doesn't even effect you? Kinda sad."
I understand the money part buttttt you should be aware that drawing will improve your avatar if you decent at drawing and animation but it takes practice eventually you’ll get good at it and it’ll be a breeze if you are not gonna but time and effort then you might not wanna consider vtubing and do png youtubing which don’t get me wrong is still harder but less hard then vtubing
I know this video was 2 months ago but, how can i change my avatar expression, like when i wanna make my character sad when I'm streaming and then the character is normal with no problem. Thanks ❤
which gaming laptop to get that's good? I stream from my PS5 to Twitch is there any way to add a cute vtuber character in the corner if I don't have a pc or laptop 😭😭
I feel like I want to try PNGtubing before v-tubing, it’s just so much easier😅 (I can draw, I’m just not a person who likes separating stuff, so dat’s why lol)
I'm no artist but have my model done as far as I can, but I'm having trouble exporting the VTuber avatar from VRoid to VSeeface. Could anyone please advise me on how to get it to work?
2:48 i heard of reality app and i had a vtuber on that app once but reality dosent have that much cute outfits and vtube studio is the worst to beacuse everytime it says import a model containing folder with a model and i do have a folder with a vtuber model but it dosent work i dont think i will ever become a vtuber😢
Okay but I don't want to spend any money on a model so... 🥲guess I'm js not gonna be a vtuber. Tutorial was great though! Glad you gave me a guide in case I make a couple bucks and decide to spend them in the future lol.
@@youagan4717 You can but most of them are just PNG'S or you can't actually download them. They're usually not models, just creations on display that you can't purchase.
