I used to use 38 to 45. I found it too slow for me but i can do consistent shots from afar. I'm close to finding my sens after I set it to 74.

Go to br training mode where there is no fatigue and practice movement focusing on timing. Also, experiencing fps drop or stuttering ruins the timing and causes crouching.
