the best way to hide your base is to make it hundreds of thousands of blocks away from spawn, making sure it's not directly, nor even close to, any primary axis... take lessons from 2b2t guys should also note, if you want an absurdly hard to find base (and also absurdly hard to even get to), i'd say to make one in the end, anywhere from 1.2-1.4 million blocks away in either X or Z axis, then ~2.1-2.4 million blocks away on the other axis (for example, 1300000, 200, 2100000; or the inverse, 2100000, 200, 1300000), as most people aren't obliged to stay around such random numbers, whereas 1 million, 1.5 million, 2 million, 2.5 million, etc., people are more inclined to look around since they're considered "checkpoints" for a lot of players. Alternating distances like that is also a safety measure, since if someone were going diagonally through a world, a base that's at 1300000, 200, 1300000 would eventually greet them. It helps to make sure there aren't any end islands near your base, and especially not end cities, but if you can't help it, it doesn't matter too much. Making your base as low to y level 1 or as high as ~240-250 as you can is a bit of a last resort, but you never know... maybe someone could miss it. If you're on an anarchy server without elytra, i'd argue that making a base around the same y-level as surrounding islands would be the best bet, since people afk flying in flying machines would most likely fly way above that so as to not get stopped by every random island they pass by (for example, if they're flying at y-level 240 and they randomly bump into the base that you built waaay up there... whoops), but there would still be nothing stopping them from reviewing footage they took with f3 opened, sped up 50-100x after the fact, looking for bases that they passed by. There really is no way to perfectly hide your base on an anarchy server, but i'd say that doing it in the end like that is the "best" way. The nether could work too, I suppose, but the end is generally a bit harder to come by than the nether. The biggest, most obvious downside, is that you have to make sure you don't die... because there's no way to set your spawn in the end. If you spend that much time traveling out to get to your base, and you screw up and die to something stupid... have fun getting back to it. The actual "best" bases would be the same as what I've described, but in the overworld, since obviously you can set your spawn in the overworld, though they'd lose a bit of their hiding power. And if there is really nothing for you to learn, if there is no amount of preparation and planning and hiding that can save you from your own paranoia, the "REAL" best way to hide a base... is to not have one... just be nomadic and run around 24/7. You don't do any building, really, and it can get insanely boring, but you have literally nothing to lose if you don't have anything to begin with.

go far out into the ocean and go really deep, make an obsidian house underground and cover it with water, then another layer of obsidian, and then lava. and cover up the hole with gravel or sand

There's a thing called "Basefinder" in almost every hacked client. It shades/outlines blocks placed by players. Do you even HAVE a hacked client to test this shit out on!? Heres a list of things you can do to beat these 5 hidden houses. 5: House in the sky. Look up and wait for the player to log off. 4: House underwater. Use X-ray, Basefinder, ChestESP and Freecam to find these houses. 3: House under a house (houseception). Same as before, Freecam, ChestESP, X-ray and Basefinder 2: Bedrock house. You can use either a boat/minecart to glich yourself into the floor of the base to get in. 1: Ultra base 1.1 Use the nether, every block you move in the nether, you move 8 of those blocks in the overworld. 1.2 Usage of ChestESP X-Ray and Freecam. 1.3 Dig around the lava and into the base... *DO YOU SEE ANY FLAWS HERE?* *I D O N T*
