Finally someone point out the 1st trick, you know some youtubers when they take pictures and videos for comparisons, they don't even wipe the lens clean and then proceed saying the image is blurry or whatsoever. Kudos to you man

Congrats, Demas - You are the first S21 Ultra reviewer I have seen who can actually take great photos. These are really good tips and I enjoyed seeing all the creative and artsy shots you came up with. I especially like the macro and close-up shots. This is actually the main reason I bought the S21 Ultra. It is far more flexible than my Huawei P20 Pro which _was_ the best camera on a phone when I got it.
This is probably the first photography video I saw that explains the terms by showing the camera itself. I had a hard time knowing ultrawide mode, telephoto etc, until he showed the menu of S21U here. Thanks bro
S21 cameras are full of shxt. IPhone blow the cameras away. One slight movement the pictures ruined. There could be an earthquake and the iPhone will show in perfect detail the situation. Only good thing I have to say about the iPhone.
@@bizisback I'm comparing aspect ratios - not the megapixels.. The tip is to shoot in 3:4 and not to shoot in any other ratios because it is essentially a cropped photo.. I also said in the video that you should only use 108mp when you're trying to create 'photography' or 'art' because it takes more memory space and also takes longer to process.. 108mp is the highest resolution but you misunderstood the sentence out of context..

I want mine to look that good 🙂 why do you suggest this mode particularly? Is if the resolution, the high pixel count or is it something else? When I used my micro 43 camera I used to use the aperture priority mode to get shallow depth of field. I'm using S21+ and can't get much shallow out of it. I wonder if phone makers will provide this function in the future. Thanks for the video especially on using the pro mode.

I have the S21 Ultra and live in Sydney but my photos rarely look like yours lol.. I would appreciate if you can post a longer and more detailed video on how you manage to take such great pics, and how we could get the best out of the key camera options such as night mode, pro mode etc.

Depends on the composition of the spot I am shooting, sometimes it looks better vertical, sometimes it looks better horizontal. Also I think about where I will be sharing the images, if it's for Instagram then I would shoot it vertical but if it's for a website then I would do horizontal :)
My favorite tip is what you said about the Samsung Galaxy S21 able to take about 108MP shot and the phone having an ultra wide angle camera. Just wow 🔥 Also, as always, YOUR SHOTS ARE AMAZING!!

I’ve just bought this phone and had no idea it could do so much. I’ll keep replaying this video until I learn how to use it to get better shots. No wonder the young sales man was impressed that at my age I was updating and and getting this camera. He knew how super it is - I’d say complicated.
Can you do a vid on how to get less motion blur from kids or pets especially indoors in lower light. Most difficult scenario is a birthday party where the lights are low there are kids everywhere and you only have one chance to capture the moment. What would you advise in this situation please?
To be honest with you I dont do any photography in that situation because I dont have any kids or pets. I would suggest adding more light or try shooting in pro mode with a faster shutter speed (but that would mean you may have to increase the ISO which means the photos might get a bit more grainy). Otherwise, try shooting in burst mode?
@@demasrusli yeah thanks. also I'd add the Samsung Motion Picture function which is an interesting one I need to test out more. It's like a simpler burst mode and it captures before the shutter button is pressed too!
I am having the same issue. Super disappointed how gfainyband blurry my pictures are coming out of my kids. Thats why I wanted such a good camera, I take alot of pictures of my kids.
I HAVE A samsung galaxy J6 plus sadly it has none of this 4k stuff or a decent camera but it kinda works with the stills panorama perhaps i should have waited back in 2018 for something better cant complain much it gets the job done for a quick image but my one reget is the resuluton aint like this phone
@@demasrusli oh yes i do not at the quality tear your phone does i relay on my actual camera a t5 canon for 95 % of my work i have considered going mirrorless and have the t5 as back up along side my phone for quickies

By beginning of the video do you mean what camera did I record myself with? That was shot on my actual camera - a Sony a7R4 :) And for the recommendation, I can't say anything about the iPhone 12 Pro Max because I've never used it before.. But the S21 Ultra is a great phone!

Thank you! It takes a few seconds to process night photos because in low light, the phone wants to capture as much light as possible. It's more difficult for cameras to take photos in the dark.

Wow! I'm a cheap guy and I don't buy phones until they have been around for a couple of years. So, obviously, I just picked up the Galaxy S21. After watching your video, I'm floored by what this phone can do. I've always been a make calls, send text, and look up things kind of phone user. But after watching this video, I will go out in the world (that sounds sadder than it is) and shoot some cool photos. Thanks for the excellent tips.
