I published my first children’s book and I made a beautiful coloring and activity book to accompany it as well. It was my lifelong dream and I dit it! Moved past all the obstacles and finally did it. The marketing part is really hard.

Not al business are all that risky. You could keep it simple with let's say table and chair rentals or inflatable partý equipment next to some other steady job
I agree. "Weird" or even "woo woo" ideas can work. I've been selling my Chakra Boosters Healing Tattoos (yes, the temporary ones that are fun to apply) for over 15 years because getting a real root in chakra tattoo inn 2008 totally changed my energy/life. My problem is is I’m dealing with a health condition that has taken me out of my lifelong job in pharmacy and I’m currently pursuing state disability. Can I still build my own business with a disability?
Absolutely! Your passion for caring for people is a wonderful foundation for a business. Many successful entrepreneurs have built amazing things while dealing with health challenges. Thank you that’s sweet. My heart for helping people is overwhelming at times. I care about them spiritually, emotionally, physically & financially. I’m not sure what kind of job that may be, but I care about people’s well being… about how people talk to each other.. understand each other… is this an advocate? I enjoy connecting people with others who can help launch / employ someone in need. Right now I’m battling Lyme disease/ autoimmune issues and other stuff. I’m recognizing & feeling it 1st hand that our world discriminates against people with unseen disabilities . My fear is how do I walk away from my lifelong job in pharmacy to do this other work that I’m not even sure about yet?

Just curious if you teach about SEO and how to be found… I think this is my biggest hurdle. I understand email list importance but if you’re not being found (hello etsy) then you can’t build a list. 🤷♀️
what exactly is Marie's business? I know she has a business school but that was after she established her own business ... in what area? she rarely if ever talks about that... even in this video she mentioned all kinds of stories about other businesses, and when she mentioned herself at the end she did not say what business it was that she started .. isn't that wierd?

She never talks about that ... also if she does have this b school let's say as the main and only business she also never talks about how she started it where the idea and most importantly the fund came from etc ... she never ever talks about it.. recently it started to become kind of obvious she got married to someone rich who is behind all this mysterious business of " hers"
