nomber 3 is basically an upscaled version of the claytronic self building robots that have existed for a while now. they're being used to prototype modular self building nano bots that can configure themselves into any shape. where as, these are taking that concept and making headway for something that can be applied sooner rather than in the distant future.

1:28 i can see many uses but 1 by far, dropping these out a airplain on a parachute into enemy terrain, for scout work, sabotage, attaching them selves to cars or tanks and blowing up..

Well if it would be closed, so no dust can get inside and instead of mechanical locking system, it would have magnets etc, it could work for planetary exploration.

The sphere quad ball robot should be standard onboard rover equipment and the scorpion both would have to be sheilded from. Emps ambient radiation. Each rover atomic powered should be equipped with six quad sphers and two scorpions

I want the scorpion for my cats. I once set up a portal sentry with motion sensors up and a cat walked passed. The moment it opened up and said, "I see you!" the cat jumped straight up and freaked out. The ball that rolls away would be nice too, but the scorpion looks like it could be alive to a cat. The hexa could be modded to have a cat bowl on it's back too.

ゾイドみたいなのは玩具としては魅力的ですが、あまり実用性は見込めないですね……。バグタイプや、米軍が何年か前に作ったような、あんまり動物に似てない感じのやつなら、起伏や傾斜の激しい地形での輸送には役立ちそうですね……。折りたたみ式の車輪を取り付ければ一般道でも走行できますね……。機銃とか取り付けたら戦うことも出来るかも……。
