IT's great seeing the natural ups and downs of the fighters. Some of the top ones back then aren't on top anymore and the "no-names" are now the best. I know it's obvious, but interesting to witness just the same.

You guys did it perfectly from the start. A full-on professional show designed to make sure that everyone knew this was a legitimate competition between legitimate competitors, and everyone was going to be as safe and cared for as possible in a bare-knuckle fight. good introduction bout for BKFC. an opponent that could get himself going when the going got tuff, but the ending to this fight is perhaps an occasional inevitable one for such a brutal sport.

theirs an ancient tried and true method to build all the muscles and tendons in your hands at the same time strengthening the fingers and making callouses so your hand is iron. I havent heard anyone mention it so ill keep the trade secret, im a bit older and my father learned it and taught me but i stopped before i finished but just from what i did build people would think im lying.
