I think you look alot better without a beard. And I have had one my whole life myself so I'm not one that knocks it. You will find a better quality of life getting it cut. Or mabey grow a 5 o clock shadow or slightly longer. I would not go back to the long beard
It’s good to chop it all off some times. Worst thing ever is to have a beard for 3 years then you cut it and realize you’re too old to have a clean face lol
I did the same thing, i had a 15 year beard that touched my belt buckle and shaved it off, just needed a change, i went about a year clean shaven and just started growing it back about a week ago, i think 1 ft. long is going to be my new length, thanks for posting 👍🇺🇸.
I cut my big beard back and enjoy the lesser maintenance. But I also miss the grooming ritual I had with my big beard. I really don't think I could go all out and completely shave though.
You look good with our without the beard! I personally like beards, mostly because I want one and can't grow one even though I'm almost 30. But you can pull off the look with or without it. Bravo sir
It’s been three years, and I just saw this today, because I was looking for a DIY lamb chop puppet. You look about 20 or 30 years younger WITHOUT the beard, and with your hair trimmed. You look ALIVE!!!! But that’s just my opinion. 🤷🏽♀️😂
Yeah that was record braking cold that night I even shot that video at the coldest time of the night lol. No I don't like the clean shaved look but my beard will return!
The hurt i see you really has to think hard before you cut it off but mate you look younger! Still its been 3 months since this video so your probably well on the way to growing it back!
To tell you the truth, as some of these commenters have said, it is your personal preference for what you do. I can grow a beard, I've done it and I might do it again. If I were in you before you started shaving the beard, I would have shaved my head first baby-smooth and then maybe trimmed my beard a little bit. I rock the Ol-West cowboy/bandit so at the moment I have a mustache and soul patch. Recent shaved a 2 week stubble/beard so an interview but I plan on growing it back again... I just know that for me I like the thick long mustaches or trimmed tight but full stache.
You look like a respected scientist without your beard. I bet most people would agree you are a handsome man with or without your beard. I think your beard would look even better though if you had your hair grown out naturally for 5 years as well, just looks more natural that way. Anyways, have a good one man.

Now you look like all the other robots that are walking around doing what they are programmed to do. Just kidding. You look fine. You can always grow your beard. Time&Patience and drinking Beer is what it takes. Honestly, I would love to have a beard like that!
And there was an elf underneath ;) But SO much better without the beard. And you do also look very good with the short stubble before you wet-shaved it.
I am in the process of growing my beard for a period of six months, this has made me look older so when I shave it off I hope I will look a bit younger now I am almost 60
