5-year-old CONQUERS challenging Alps Hike: Mettmenalp to Leglerhütte  

Do you have a bonding activity with your kids? I finally found the perfect one for me and my children. We did our first mommy daughter Hike to Hut Adventure! We hiked from Mettmenalp to Leglerhütte SAC. As a 5 year old, she crushed it! I am so proud of her.
After years of dreaming, months of excitement and weeks of planning, a dream of mine has been realized! My daughter and I hiked to and stayed in our first Swiss Mountain Hut (Leglerhütte). 🌄 "Mommy I can see the whole world from here." Amazing. I need not say more. (Day 1: 4h 51m, 6.52 km, 750 m up! Day 2: 5h 59m, 6.58 km, 830 m down, 130 m up!)
