I feel for the young driver, he was not at fault. But where was mommy and/or daddy? No excuses for not having full attention on a 5-year-old! Rest in Peace, Lil Guy.

Some people from the “pedestrians have right of way”crowd will try to blame the driver here but I’m certain the driver did absolutely nothing wrong based on the report. I just watched another news channel and they said the kid was at park before without parents. So definitely neglect involved as well as driver recklessness. She was going over speed limit.
