I got mine yesterday. So far it's awesome. Just be aware that third party launchers will disable the task bar and it becomes greyed out in the display settings. Still trying to figure out how to get the launcher back to Samsung default to restore the task bar.

Man just got this phone and I can't believe no one is talking about how different this phone is from the Samsung Galaxy Fold 3. It's awesome the cameras are bigger the front display feels bigger the phone itself feels way better than what I was expecting. It may look like the old Fold 3 but when you get this baby in your hands you can tell the difference. Ok let me turn it on and really get blown away 😂😂😂

Agree. Better video. Better camera. Better display. Smaller but feels perfect. Smaller bezels. Better sound. Beats my s22 ultra and fold 3. I Use this fold 4 and 143 pro max to edit and film videos
I upgraded from my fold 2. Thinking about returning it ajd waiting for the next iteration. I reaply wanted the outer screen to feel wider, but it just feels the same to me. Battery life is awesome, but my older fold provides more than enough juice for my usage anyway.

I got it today ☺️☺️I had s22 ultra and I really enjoy the z4 fold better. I was spending a lot of time in the front screen and I was like I have one more screen that is bigger 😂😂.
@@A42yearoldARAB pretty cheap with a trade in. Cheaper than my note 10 plus. Camera wise, people are getting too picky. Most won’t be able to tell a difference between them. Composition is 1000x more important than camera quality. It’s like the Megapixel wars on DSLR’s. We are way past “better than the eye can detect.” And honestly if you are a really concerned with camera quality, you should be using a DSLR camera. Not saying phones aren’t crazy capable, but a DSLR is so much better. More controllable.
I really love my fold 4. This device really is a game changer and it has reduced the number of devices I take with me when going away. This "phone" if you can even call it that is super powerful and your tips and tricks have helped make it look and work even better thanks Saki.

Thanks Saki, I had to return to this video as I had to return my original fold 4 due to tablet display wasn't responding to my touch and a black line developed on the fold. Luckily Verizon sent me a new fold 4 within 24 hours. Thank you for the video and other videos 😊

This phone is amazing. I just picked this phone up a few hours ago. I switched from Apple, been with Apple for years. I mean years. This phone is so amazing.
For anyone who wants to hide the task bar with the buttons on the nav bar. Install good lock through the galaxy store, them install the navstar module and then on the main page, scroll down and there is a hide/show button for the task bar and it will take you through how to use it.

I don't know if you mentioned this but on the button task bar, you can always press and hold on a clean portion of the button task bar and the icons disappear until you press and hold again on the button of the screen, in that way you can always leave that feature enabled and don't need to turn that feature off in the settings...

I got mine today and i love it 😀 . I also got the watch 5 pro black titanium with a gray D buckle band but it came in a white box and it was missing the plastic seal
How do you like the combination of the black and gray D buckle band? I also went with that combination but not sure if th3 gray is too light of a color. Will be getting them in two days
Just got the notification my Z Fold 4 arrives Monday. Bye Bye to the wanna be Note (S22 Ultra), I'm one of those people who was an avid note user until they discontinued it now I'm looking to find Sanctuary in the new folding phones.
FYI. 3rd party launchers will disable the task bar. They are not compatible with the Z Fold 4 OS. I still can't figure out how to bring back the default Samsung launcher without factory restoring the phone.

Did you download and install a 3rd party Launcher? It will disable the Task Bar and the toggle switch will become greyed out. They are incompatible with Samsung Z Fold 4 OS.
Hi @sakitech... I have been using fold 4 for last one week. May I know the best setting to watch OTT platform for eg prime, netflix, Zee5, Disney hotstar etc on fold screen. I tried multiple settings but either it's occupies 60% screen else I hv to pinch zoom which cuts the image. Seems the existent apps are not scalable as per requirement. Pls advise.
Also I saw a video of how someone was able to shut it, and their phone wouldn't turn off, and they could continue what they were doing on the outside. How can I set that up?
3:15 Many thanks!! I have everything in text form via minimalistictext and therefore no more apps on homescreen or bar. I had "adopted" this from my old phone from the start. Now I was surprised, because the bar itself is great, and then I wondered how I can bring apps there _ everything clarified!! / would be great if it could decide to create it myself or duplicate the bar ....however, thanks for your helpful videos and best regards from Austria! :)
When listening bluetooth Buds2 , as I walk around my device constanly trys connecting to everything I walk by (cars, wifi, other devices) and cuts off my phone. says Zfold4 is curre4cnly visible to nearby devices
I was using the edge lighting that was inside of the edge panels but i notice inside the edge panel I can't access the galaxy store, but I can access it on my galaxy s22 ultra....the edge lighting was an app I bought in the galaxy store but I can't find it searching with my fold 4 it won't even show apps I've paid for
When I am on the main screen and a new email arrives, it doesn't show a preview on the top like my Note 20 does. Do you know how to enable that feature? Also, I wasn't able to change the notification sound for emails.. Can you please share? Thank you!!!
Saki, thank you a lot for the useful tips. I have an unsolved problem: I migrated from the Galaxy Note 9 to the Fold 4 using the app Smart Switch. I selected everything from the old phone. However, the wallpapers that I dowloaded in the previous phone I could not transfer to the new one. I loved my old wallpaper and I couldn’t find it to download again. Is there a way to transfer the old wallpaper to the new phone? Thank you!🙏
I found my previously downloaded wallpapers from Settings -> Wallpaper and Style -> Click on Explore more wallpapers at the bottom -> Click on Menu from the bottom far right navigation bar -> Click on Purchased Items -> Click on Wallpapers from the top Navigation bar -> Here is where you can download previously downloaded and purchased wallpapers. I found wallpapers here that I downloaded years ago. Hope this helps.
You click the button that shows all the apps and then tap and hold on an app icon and you can drag it to the home screen or tap and hold and a menu pops up with an option to add to home screen
How comes I can't find my contact information on my lock screen. There's isn't much settings on my lock screen apart from password and finger print and face recognition. 😐
