50 amp eBay power supply. Is it any good? 

My Opinion.....It is a ripoff copy of the ever popular MegaWatt power supply. I immediately noticed the ripped-off model number and the Reversed power connections (AC Input should all be on the Right Side). Not to say it is no good, it apparently is doing what it's supposed to do, but pisses me off to see brands blatantly ripped off. The funny part is, MegaWatt is also made in China, but that company is trying their best to produce well made products to keep their reputation high. They should send some Kung-Fu guys over to the rip-off guys and let them get in some practice.

Much better off with Megawatt PSUs. They have better filtering for less ripple and much better noise filtering for RF equipment. Yes, they cost a bit more, but I push the hell out of mine and they just work. Megawatt.

I have one of those 50 amp power supplies from eBay and I run my four pill on it and it gives me full output which is around 400. Hardly any voltage drop off

Run voltage at 14.2 ..so u have headroom on supply

Fatboy transformers ftw . I am building a 400 amp supply from a buncha free 100amp HP server supplies.

I blew a pass transistor on my linear supply a week ago. Ive been running one of these for a week. These supplies are great. I run a few ferrites on the output, but I dont think you even need them.
