As always, they ONLY apologized once they got caught. And... can anyone tell me what the heck is "I take full responsibility..." ??? I keep hearing this "full responsibility" phrase every time these rich and famous criminals issued their apologies.. but... NOTHING else follows after that!!! What the heck does that mean???
