Congratulations on fifty videos! Thanks for including the Grateful Dead and Renaissance on your list here. I remember most of these records from way back then, it's like you Time Tunneled it back to 1974, ran into a record store, grabbed 50 records, and came back to tell us about them.

I didn't realize some of my favorites are 50 this year: Neil Young - On the Beach, Lou Reed - Rock n Roll Animal, T. Rex - Tank, Tom Waits - The Heart of Saturday Night, ELO - Eldorado, etc. Great stuff! You almost have me tempted to buy that Kansas debut album! Thanks, Alex. Really enjoyed this.
Some pretty damn good albums when i first listened to relayer it thought it was okay then I listened to it for a 2nd time and I was blown away at how amazing it sounded now I love it!
Rock and Roll Animal is one of my favorite live albums. I'm surprised how many people haven't listened to it just because it's Lou Reed. As teenagers, we wore out a couple of copies of this album on cassette, playing on all those long, late night road trips. The guitars, and especially the bass player are killin' it.
Oh hell yeah.. and they'd go and play with Alice Cooper shortly thereafter. I know Lou rubs some people the wrong way, but that live album is just a damn good rock n roll album!
50 already! Loved your choices here,, though I can't believe that some of these are 50 already. Crime of the Century is an incredible record. Nice to see Rush, Van Morrison, and Tom Waits in the mix. I like Late for the Sky more than I ever thought I would.

Glad you showed that ELO, they get zero love in the VC! I scored a copy of Badfinger-Straight Up & BeBop DLux-Axe Victim last weekend as they’ve both eluded me for awhile! Cannot go wrong with Deep Purple! Love the Funk of Funkedelic! You’re right Gong is a great stony listen! LoL! Great stuff man! How you were able to show all these Laps in under 20 mins is amazing! Geez sorry but I have to comment again because of KISS and Mott the Hoople! I love em both and my fave KISS is Hotter Than Hell and Destroyer with maybe Rock & Roll Over thrown in for good measure! But ai love all the Mott! Congratulations on the big 50! Isn’t it amazing how many of these albums we still regularly talk about and play?! Why? Because they’re great. Well not Frank Zappa. He’s just ok. The baby face covered with a beard and the serial killer plain as fuck background behind you makes it difficult to guess your age. I’m guessing 35. But it’s impressive how fluent you are with this information and this amazing collection you have. Well done Alex!
HAHAHAHAHA Gary you're killing me brother. I'll be 34 this week so you are pretty damn close. I do need to figure out a different background but then again the Dahmer vibes are kind of my thing. Ted Bundy had a way with the ladies so I don't know what my problem is... but such is life. Appreciate the kind words my friend!
