My company has exactly same kind of requirement, and I have done all the settings and project deployment as you suggested. I am able to access application from client machine using windows credentials, yes, it is asking for username and password because internet explorer is not available so I am accessing application using Edge browser which is asking for username and password. I tried to configure edge in group policy but edge is not available in group policy. Can you please guide me, how can I achieve this using edge or Chrome browser? and one more thing, I installed self signed cert for application but it is still showing not secure.

Nice, but you missed the most important part!!! Click an application to test the RDP launch. For me, the RDP session launches, but prompts for my password.
Hello. I tested the same lab explained on the video, and I tested the RDP part as well and did not asked for credentials, started the remote session.That part was configured before this video. Check the playlist to configure it.
