One should put 40Cr in bank FD and earn gross 2.4 cr annual interest, buy one flat in Lodha Worli or in 4Cr one can get huge ultra Lux 5bhk to 6bhk in Pune posh location...Buy another 6cr worth Villa in Goa ! Mumbai suburb ke extremely overpriced market ko aise hi thikane laya ja sakta hai...
