Parabéns, adorei a seleção de palavras que você fez, são fáceis de aprender a falar, e ajuda muito com as escritas , você sempre arrasando Senhorita Grace Soda 💐
Thank you, Grace. I want to ask why is it that when there is a word like "kan," it uses the korean letter H? Again, why is "ni" in the spelling of organized checked to the korean letter R?
Hi! 1. So “kan” using “ㅎ” is due to consonant aspiration, which is when the bottom consonant of the first character takes over the pronunciation of the top consonant of the second character. 2. “ni” being in the place of “ㄹ“ is due to consonant assimilation! They are both Korean sound change rules! :)
비슷해요! They are very similar ☺️ 조용하다 generally means "quiet" or "silent." It can describe a person, a place, or an environment where there is little noise. It often implies a temporary state, such as when someone is being quiet! 고요하다 conveys a deeper sense of calmness. It suggests a stillness that is often associated with peacefulness, and is typically used to describe natural settings. In summary, while both words imply a lack of noise, 조용하다 is more about the absence of sound, whereas 고요하다 emphasizes a peaceful stillness. Hope this answer was helpful!
High 높은 High dopamine? 높픈 도파민 >< 거북이 is cute. How do we search for etymology of Korean words? 거붑〮 Seeing that 붚 is drum or its isolated form or something.. and 거 may be also living/big? So something like big/live drum ~ turtle? 😀 (what wrote may be nonsense though) (it's probably obvious that I'm from the Tuesday 화 comment if you remember it.. 😆)
