Yass moment MTW made the list!. I’ve gone through tumis, thules, aer, black ember, able carry…but the Moment backpack is really the EDC pack I have been looking for all these years. Minimalist yet all my gear has a home, durable, casual but also formal, just really well thought out for anyone really. It is (for me) the most intuitive backpack I’ve ever owned. Within a few days, I dont even have to think anymore where exactly my items are in this bag, just muscle memory. Amazing
I have just recently fallen in love with not only your youtube channel, but Tom Bihn bags because of it! I am a little late to the party when it comes to these bags, but would have loved a black parapack version of a Synapse 25, which they no longer make. The Navy Parapack is nice too, but I bought a Ballistic Black instead. If you are ever giving away a Synpase or Synik in parapack...I would love a chance to get my hands on one! Thanks for your channel and your enthusiasm...it's nice to know others are as hooked on backpacks as I am...PS, the "dad" bag look is awesome in my opinion...
It's large and on the heavy side but I went with the Nomatic Travel Backpack and I love it. All the space and organization I need plus the expansion. Next I'm looking at getting either the Boundary Prima or the Bellroy Tokyo Totepack
I love the Millican bags. The material they use really works for me and I appreciate the metal clips and classic looks. I use a Smith 25L roll top and love that it can be a daily carry or travel, and I just got my GF a 25L Oli Zip and appreciate how classy and simple it is

I’d love to try some of these but I was lucky enough to find two bags that work for me - the Goruck Echo (16l) and GR1 (21l) and quite a number of these new ones seem to have taken design inspiration from the latter (or rather the military medical packs) with the clamshell opening and relatively minimal organisation. The one brand I would love to try is Evergoods

I saw that you included the TB Synik 22 into the compact bag category, but left the Synik 30 out completely. Do you feel like the 30 is too large/bulky/turtle-y (?) to be considered an everyday bag? I'm currently using a Black Ember Citadel, but I'm not sure which Synik size or Evergoods CPL size to use for daily carry.
