Wow! Truly amazing on looking for shiny pokemon! It took me 34 encounters to get a shiny Ralts, female, and another 41 to encounter another shiny Ralts but a male. The rest of the shiny pokemon I got were through wonder trade. But all in all, congrats on all shiny pokemon you got! :D

You NEVER need a shiny charm. It just helps with the odds of finding a shiny pokemon more often
