Hello Juice and Toya I recently found your channel and really like it, I've been doing about 6 workouts with your videos so far, for whenever I don't want to follow my own and just turn off the brain. In that regard, and I suggested this to another channel who took it in and it works great, I noticed that it would be a nice addition to the videos if you were to write under the dumbbells, where you show whether it's 1 or 2, what weight is being used... low, medium or heavy weight. (simply by text). It can sometimes be hard to see and know for sure, so it would just be a small welcomed addition to the concept. Otherwise I really like your videos, keep up the good work.
@@Sommitps hi, while we would love to do this-this may not be effective for everyone. Some people may be stronger in some muscle groups than others and this could be misleading if we were to specify when to go light/heavy/etc. If we suggested going heavy with an exercise that you may be particularly weak in, this could lead to bad form or even injury. We recommend making notes of the weights that you’re using with each exercise so that you can better understand how to approach each workout. We definitely understand where you’re coming from and we’ll look into a method that can help you decifer what weight to use. Thank you for the feedback!
@@JuiceandToya No, I didn't mean it like that. Let's say one of you use 15 and 20 LBS dumbbells in a workout, that would be light and heavy. So just giving that indicator on the video, helps people to know which dumbbell to use, it doesn't matter with the weight, though it's good that you give your weights in the videos too, for reference. But then for whatever exercise, it would just make things easier, so if someone knows they can't do 15 and 20 lbs, they choose 10 and 15, so when it shows heavy.. that would be 15 for that person. So it would totally work :)
I normally don’t comment I just gone on head and do the workouts but Ma’am and Sir for some reason this workout had me pausing a LOT!! And whoever told y’all to take commercials out don’t EVER listen to them again cuz I need ta catch my breath!!!!🥵🥵
Guys - thank you for posting your amazing workouts! I found you by accident when I was searching for a workout using sliders - and yours was SO HARD I loved it. Now I’ve tried this excellent workout - also such a great vibe. Really appreciate it - you’re helping me stay in some semblance of decent shape as I get into the second half of my 50s!!!
Beautiful workout! I love the smooth jazz instrumentals! I I did the full strength portion but only one round of the second portion and skipped ahead to the cool down. Love what you guys are doing! Love the set too!🏋️♀️💕👍
Wow wow wow!!! Loved this workout! I've been doing the dumbbell workouts for a couple of months. This will be my new go to!!I never sweat this much. Thanks'
Barely made through this one 😅 I usually do your 30 minute workouts, this one here really tested my stamina and endurance, which is also a testament of incorporating your workouts for the last year. Lemme also say how instrumental you were in me getting fit again after have two kids…in my 40’s. You guys are awesome and I’m thankful for your content.
This workout is 🔥 I'm been wanting a longer video from you guys n OMG this didn't disappoint I've been working out 4 to 5 times a week doing your 60 min videos n my body is changing I was 158 now to 149 your workouts are the BEST 👌
Hey Juice! Hey Toya!! I appreciate the workouts you both give. I knew that this would be a challenge, but I did the entire workout. Some exercises were more challenging than others, but it was doable! Thanx!
This workout was a killer! I loved the combinations in the strength portion and then had to do a lot of pausing in the conditioning, but it was totally worth it! Awesome workout all around.
I'm a new fan of your channel :) Workouts with weights are my favourite as it's easy to adjust the difficulty - I go between 2.5 and 5kg dumbells at the moment but I'd love to be able to use heavier weights in the future! A year ago I struggled to even pick up the 5kg weights so I'm hopeful I'll continue to get stronger.
What a workout!!! Getting my butt kicked by this and it definitely humbled me🥵 with some extra breaks in between, however I managed to finish this!! Thank you so much for this video!!
Yooooo! This workout has me drenched, omg it was sooo good. Juice part came in like a KO, but I pushed through. I will do this again to challenge myself. Thanks J&T!
Greetings from Kampala Uganda in East Africa, FYI 🗣️"Africa is not a country it's a continent" lol. I did my first Juice and Toya full body workout on 5 March 2024 the 20-30 minute ones and maintained that doing different ones. I challenged myself to go higher so this week Tuesday 12 August I did this one and guys!!! By the time I was doing the second set of the Overhead Press+Cross Crunch, I was mixing up which leg to lift. Thank God the following day was my rest day. Did u guys just take the Captain America serum? Just tell me I go get it too. But guys thanks alot your workouts have made me stronger I use to dread Renegade rows but now they are slowly becoming my favourite exercise and remember I started in March this year so big thank you from me.
A quick suggestion: the background of this video is very very bright making it hard to see. I put the phone down infront of me then workout I found it very hard to see. I have never had this issue with other videos before. Idk if its just me. Thank you all you do for us ❤
