Which ones will you be adding to your downloads folder?! Remember when commenting to not include links or filenames (anything where a dot is in between 2 words without spaces) as it will automatically get deleted without me ever being able to see it and I don't know how to stop that from happening - my comment moderation is set to basic and it should just hold inappropriate comments for review yet any it sees as links are automatically deleted.
Ikr! I’ve not known for that long and its so useful. I recommend avoiding deleting the thumbnail files from your folders where possible actually because in my experience that makes pink soup and crashing more likely so this is a great way to just update what and when you need instead! Glad this video was able to teach it to you😊
I am not sure thats even possible, but a mod that adds a new influence option to "feed cowplant" would be a great addition to the evil sims. Overall the influence pie menu has so much potential.

I would actually also like a new influence option for engagements so that parents & grandparents that want a family member to get married can influence their children/grandchildren to propose to their partner! I also have no idea if its possible, I imagine it probably is but beyond my current modding knowledge. But if I ever figure out how to do one then I’d probably be able to do the other🤞
I made a mistake by downloading both the Maxis Baby Bottle Controller and the Multi Default Baby Bottle at the same time, you're only supposed to use one! So, the textures did not look as intended. So whichever one you pick, the textures will look even better than shown here!
The Age Options for Teleporters mod has since been updated to add menus for Young Adults, Babies (combined with the toddler menu), Cats, and Dogs - amazing!😍

I'll be checking out several: Beds, Bugs and Bloopers Fix (omg that sounds amazing?); Age & Pet option for teleporters (I had been on the fence with this one, but you sold me when you said it was an updated version of the Pick'n'mix one so I won't lose that functionality); Vacation Benefit Applier (I'm thinking it could be interesting to try out at the playable hospitals among other things); and Door Adjusters (these will be great for machinima, and also for un-owned community lots with back rooms where I don't want sims).

It's interesting seeing the avatar mod in action since it's not really something I would gravitate towards, but the animations remind me a lot of the magic duels in Makin' Magic. Definitely could be fun to use in a magic town recreation!

these are all so good, thanks for this channel! i've been trying a couple frokm this and Q1 and they work really well, however i can't really make the towels work for me idk if i'm missing anything but they don't change automatically after showering/taking a bath >
@@SeiMiura you’re welcome!🥰 Hm I was under the impression that it was a replacement for the original towel mod lite but it could be that its only the bit effecting children, does it work for children or still no? If so it might be that you need the original mod too to affect other ages, but thats not what I understood. Otherwise, it might be a conflict, such as ‘dress me correctly’, check hcdu+!

Wow,! Thanks again, BellaDovah! I really have enjoyed these showcases. I can get overwhelmed when reading mod pages so seeing you try the mods in game ready helps. Just want to add that when I put Jacky 93's Functional Bouncy Castles on a lot for a birthday party, the Sims were bugging out when they pick up a plane of food. What's Caused This? showed it to be the bouncy castles. Maybe don't put in out when the Sims need to eat, all maybe one of my other mods was clashing with it.

Just one thing about ask about favourite colour - Meduza already made one a long time ago, the downside is that it only talks about 1 colour. It's called Ask about favorite/disliked color. Their favourite colour shows in the speech bubble, not in the notification popup
47:06 those baby bottles are just so cute so I had to download them!! I also grabbed the cowplant mod at 14:42 (as well as cowplant milk cures zombieism), the popcorn machine at 52:03, and the nails overlay at 54:28 (and some PlatinumAspiration ones cos they had all genders child to elder ones too!) thank you for doing these BellaDovah I really appreciate the time and effort it takes to not only make this video but finding the mods/cc to showcase, testing them for us and showing us how they play in game and are used etc I have a question about the CAS Makeup Lag Fix by Lazy Duchess at 59:17 , I have no idea where to put the files for the ultimate collection, if anyone can walk me through it that would be a great help! tysm I assumed for UC it would be " C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSBin " but it didn't let me load the game and spat out sims 2 exception error text files in the same location
So glad I was able to help you find some awesome additions for your downloads folder!😊 You're very welcome! I actually made a mistake by installing both of those baby bottles at the same time, you're only supposed to use one, and the textures actually got a bit squashed as I had them both in, so they'll look even better with which ever one you choose! The CAS Makeup Lag Fix was easy for me because I use the RPC launcher which I highly recommend, and then you just put the .asi into the mods folder in your TSBin you get with it. However, if you don't have the launcher then you do need to put both files in that location, however you need a no-CD/EAapp version of the executable like this: files.fm/u/suyczxza you just make a backup of your original Sims2EP9.exe and replace it with that one.
I am looking at our bottle default thinking it does not look quite right. The pictures should not be blurry like that. There are two sets. My set is based on Bienchen's and Gina's is based on the Maxis bottle. You don't by chance have both in at once do you? Thank you for showcasing it.

@@simolauren2718 there wouldn’t be much to show because you just put the .package files in your downloads folder as usual. Just either remove the original simblender file and that specific acr file first or ensure that the new ones overwrite/load after the old ones
@@BellaDovah I removed my sim blender and downloaded the new one and the age option is there but it only gives me the ages Toddler, child & teen I sorted the ACR one
@@simolauren2718 its meant to only be those, or at least it was, but it was more recently updated with some more categories like young adults and pets.
@@Eddie-explains you can buy the super collection on the apple store, but this doesn’t include all expansion packs as some were never made for macs, so the only other option would be using a windows emulator I believe and I don’t know much about that
try the the tool Magpie. you need to run the game in windowed mode, set the smaller resolution and run the tool, you will get the max resolution for your screen but with the bigger UI. Also make sure to enable auto restore within the tool otherwise it's quite annoying
@@Cervidae 1. there is a character limit to the description box that would be exceeded with links on top of my detailed chapters. 2. You can’t hyperlink text in the description box so links written out in full quickly gets very messy. 3. People visit my website without watching the video. 4. Not everyone watches the whole video but instead finds the chapters they’re most interested in. 5. Everyone should know the alphabet so A-Z is an order that should help anyone find the mod they are looking for. 6. Ctrl F is a thing
