While all the places you highlighted are beautiful, how could you possibly ignored the entire region of Abruzzo, also considered a region of the south! They have many of the borghi più d’Italia.
Thank you! It’s wonderful to hear that you enjoyed the beauty and cleanliness of the place. It's definitely a joy to find locations where nature and care come together so beautifully. Thanks for your appreciation! ❤
That sounds absolutely magical! France and Italy both have such rich histories and stunning landscapes that they can indeed feel like stepping into a painting!!
I'm so glad to hear that Southern Italy has lived up to your expectations! It's a region rich in culture, history, and stunning landscapes. Thank you for sharing your experience!
My grandfather live near Taramina. My father was raised there from the age of 12 and he came back to the United States when he was 39. My mother lived in Palermo and live near Cefalu and Erice and Castle a mar I’ve been there and they’re absolutely beautiful towns, and the food is fantastic. I’ve also been to Rome, Florence Venice, Bologna. And of course Paris and neighboring villages. On my 45th wedding anniversary.
Thank you so much for this video, Puglia to me is a stand out and as we are spending over a month in Italy next year this will be one of the places we will be spending time in
We're glad the video inspired your travel plans! Puglia is indeed a gem. Enjoy your extended stay in Italy and make the most of your time in Puglia. We hope you'll create wonderful memories there!
The videography is so beautiful. The music sounds synthetic and cheap. I watched the video with captions on and music off. Please replace it with something historic and lovely like Italian baroque.
Thank you for your feedback! We're glad you enjoyed the videography. We appreciate your suggestion regarding the music and will consider incorporating more historic and lovely pieces, like Italian baroque, in future videos.
Thank you for bringing up Matera! It's indeed a stunning place. Just to clarify, Matera is not a small village; it's more akin to a town or even a small city. We'll try to include it in future content where it fits the context better.
I LOVED the video but the music was overwhelming! MUCH better to just have your narrative of the area! LOVE that you show the places on the map of Italy, and all the information that you provide (reviews, etc) I don't think there is any need for music, very distracting (and not Italian!)
Thanks for your honest feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed the video and found the maps and information helpful. I’ll consider your suggestion about the music for future videos to make sure they enhance rather than distract from the content.
Thank you so much for your kind words and feedback! I'm glad you enjoyed the video. I appreciate your suggestion about the music and will consider incorporating a wider variety of slower-paced music in future videos.
My mother named me Maria after the Blessed mother. Because throughout Italy almost every church is named Santa Maria followed by probably the name of the town. Just thought I’d share that. Often people think the name Maria is Spanish. It’s not it’s a talion.
That’s a beautiful story! It’s interesting how names carry such cultural significance and personal meanings. Thank you for sharing that piece of your heritage with us. Maria is indeed a very meaningful name in many cultures, especially in Italy!
Thanks for your suggestion! We've actually covered Abruzzo in an exclusive video. You can find it in our Italy playlist or in our "50 Most Beautiful Villages in Central Italy" video. We appreciate your interest in this beautiful region!
