If you see people with that many Vbucks, more likely than not they are playing on a dev account, especially if on the account that had more than 200k vbucks since there is an account cap of 200k vbucks (this is even shown in a Sypherpk video where he tried to redeem a million vbucks, you literally can't hold more than 200k legitimately) so it's a bought dev account, that's why Ash.
