50 Pieces country duck/deshi hash Kashmiri style rogan josh curry cooking by village boys for about 350+ people of village.
50 deshi duck was bought from duck farm of village. Then boys clean & cutting the duck into small small pieces duck meat.
Then they boiled the meat using garlic, salt & bay leaf. Then they separate the meat & boiled water. Then they cooked meat using all kind of spice ingredient and using that boiled water. Then they added hot mustard oil with ghee in cooked meat. All the ingredient name is added with the video as English susbtitle.
After finish cooking rogan josh duck curry and rice boys serve the food to 350+ villagers.
