Wow … great podcast! Interestingly I received a phone call this morning from a favorite chiropractor and good friend in Arizona who felt inspired to check on me and any current health issues I might be dealing with. Unknown to him I have been dealing with some things. Especially periodic low blood pressure episodes, shortness of breath and now a return of kidney stones after three years of clear kidneys. Listening to you was almost a perfect repeat of his advice to me. Apparently this was meant to be a second witness.😊I told him it had been frustrating because even though I have been doing all the things I felt should be helping me back on the road to good health such as watching my sugar intake and regular daily exercise, I keep running into stumbling blocks. He gave me some good suggestions to try and wants me to keep a detailed daily journal on my progress and check back with him in two weeks. So here’s hoping. Keep up the good work! BTW he recommended checking out Sally Norton and Toxic Superfoods. I will also check out Casey Means.
I am on this health journey right now and it's amazing! I was just telling my husband last night how I've finally realised the spiritual aspect of physical health 🙏 Oh and as a fellow coffee lover, I made cashew cream for the first time and put it in my coffee today, it blew me away! And the cream was too easy to make. I just blended a cup or so of pre soaked cashews with a good amount of filtered water. It became a cream! One can dilute as much or as little as you'd like to. I didn't miss the sugar at all with this delightful and delicious nut milk! I may try adding some cinnamon to my coffee as well tomorrow 😊 God bless you, Mike! I'm so happy to be part of your community, and feel very blessed to have stumbled across your channel! 🙏🙏🙏🙏 (Thanks Terrence Howard 😂)
Thank you so much for sharing your health journey with me-I’m genuinely excited to hear how you’re connecting the dots between physical health and the spiritual side of it. It’s such a powerful realization, isn’t it? When we start seeing our bodies as temples, every healthy choice becomes a way to honor the Creator. Your testimony is truly inspiring! And speaking of inspiring, I love that you made cashew cream for your coffee! As a fellow coffee lover, I know how fun it is to experiment with new things, and I have to say, that cashew cream recipe sounds amazing! I’ll definitely be giving that a try. Let me know how the cinnamon works out! 😊 It means the world to me that you’ve joined this community. I feel truly blessed that you stumbled upon the podcast, and I’m excited to continue walking this journey alongside you. Thank you for your kind words, and please don’t hesitate to share more of your experiences or tips in the future! God bless you and your husband, and may He continue to guide and strengthen you in every step of your journey. 🙏✨ Good to know it was the TH rabbit trail that brought you here!
@@mike.tobias Thank you for taking the time to respond to my comment! I truly appreciate your thoughtful insights 🙏 My journey of connecting with body and spirit has been deeply transformative. Despite years of studying health (as a hobby) and considering myself active and a generally healthy eater, my well-being declined after two back to back pregnancies at age 40. I really gave up even trying to hold it together. I rapidly gained a lot of weight and became sedentary. My youngest is now 16 months old, and I'm recently reborn into Christ after postpartum depression literally put the fear of God into me 😅 I felt possessed by demons. And maybe I was. God is so merciful to those that bring their troubles to Him 🙏 I've been led towards deep and profound healing since letting Christ fully into my heart this year. Thank you for the opportunity to engage and for your contributions to the conversation on health and spirituality. I look forward to continuing the conversation in future comment sections! May God bless the Tobias family abundantly! 🙏
