For me random all is best, we get more than enough skill based racing, random all is something unique. There are elements in random all you don't get in this, like vehicle envy and surprise, because as you go around you are spotting all the cars, and by the end you pretty much know what's coming

That 10th was a heck of a tease lol! Jnorton02 crossed the line in 9th place just in front of GooS (1st place, first to finish) so he had to complete his lap before it gave him the checkered flag once he finished that lap everyone "behind" him who finished the race after GooS got bumped down a position.

nooo, random all select should be fewer laps and longer. imagine getting a tractor early on on a 3 minute track. you'll be miles behind but the race comes back. and vice versa if you get it last. anyway, random all select is always amazing 😍

_Random weather_ isn't a functionality on the server, it was because someone was messing about with a trainer menu we used to prepare the meetup prior to that random race.

Your racing videos are great and very informative. I loved the races on GTA4 and still think it's better than V in many ways. Ice-cream vans on Stars In Your Eyes a particular favourite for the sheer lols. I love racing but am an absolute novice. Would love to join a racing crew who race a variety of vehicles and who will tolerate a relative noob willing to learn. When I try for quick race jobs online I always seem to end up in Arena Wars. No thanks.

I was mainly thinking because there's always a 5 second hold after respawning before getting going (alongside having to wait until there was a clear space to drop down into) as well as needing to pull off the track to actually respawn.

Spoilers! for the video (if you want to avoid them for some reason). This video shows real luck of Broughy. First he gets dragged out of checkpoint and doesn't notice, then he gets trashed around as a wheel (more that everyone else during this race i assume from what i can see), but the pinnacle moment for me is 20:00 where he is the ONLY person out of 7 who ended up on the roof or for that matter somehow seriously affected by that situation at all.

Interestingly enough, this was the second idea we had. The first idea got spoiled by an unfortunate chain of events, so we had to come up with something else. Turned out to be better than the original idea :)

Slighty. It is still a high power RWD muscle car afterall. Great top speed but can still buck you off its back if not handled with great care.

Very entertaining after one of the worst opening few minutes ever. I swear that if the amount of collisions were counted up the most common would be "collided with Broughy" by a long way. So his finishing position after what happened is something he should be proud of.

The issue quite possible is the guys behind had faster cars and they swapped into slower and more heavier cars that arent going to pull up after going 150mph down the hill plus having a instant righthand turn straight away dosent help this either.

Sorry not sorry, I said from day 1 you should all get the same random selection. It makes it far more interesting race. Same random 50 vehicles, 50 different yet the same overall laps. Race. Craft. Random all, that just makes the race all about a lottery.

Brough if you are so bad at drift cars, why don't you practice them a little bit? Cus I feel like you lose a lot of time just because of the drift cars. If you can figure out how to at least get a slight controlled slide through a corner, you can make up so much time

@Broughy1322 at 25:30 you gets hit in the side and probably thought that it was a bad line and he should wait for that, and he did, and yet at 10:50 you do the same thing here, driveboming the car out of the way and thinks that you don't have to wait for it. On my side just like yours at 25:30 I don't see you comming, all I seen that you drivebomb me outta the way and thinking that you have to wait for it and I could very well have called you out but decided not to, but this is one of those obvious lag hit that you should have waited for yourself without a call out. And it's stuff like this you do that makes people think that it's ok to that when they come on to the server and they get binned or even banned for it because you did it, so I gotta say that you need to setp up your game and start waiting for lag hits yourself, just because other people ain't waiting for you doesn't mean you don't have to wait, you need to be better than them.

classic case of demon drag. On Teukka's screen, Broughy was on his left. But on Broughy's screen, he was on Teukka's right. The game gets confused and demon drags them across the map trying to correct the positions

You're already expecting too much from people. Stream races are an absolute shitshow T1 cuz people don't know to brake early when approaching a tight corner behind a group (although I can't say I've mever made that mistake myself)

The issue is people are speeding up after going down the hill and they transform into their next car which is quite possible heavy and slow which means they cant do anything but hold the brakes and slide into whatever is in front of them at 130mph. The track isint great for random racing.

Random selects aren't as fun to watch as the jealousy and the bad luck aren't as big of a factor as in a normal random all

Things always get a bit messy when there's a corner right after the finish line, tbh. Might be a good idea to ensure random races are on tracks with a bit of a run up to T1 :)

Funny to see you getting absolutely wiped by a lot of people and absolutely no one stopping for you, then seeing you SHAKING because a lag spike made you look as if you took someone out... _How the hell are those laggy guys STILL playing with you despite everyone knowing them for their lag?_ It's like craving to be absolutely stomped.

If Broughy doesn't call them out, how can they know they caused a crash? Like you said later, a lag spike can make it look like a takeout, despite there being no contact. So if Broughy had called these people out, they would've waited. We're not gonna disallow people who live far away from the server from joining. FiveM in itself is a laggy platform so it falls onto the racers themselves to be aware of their lag and call out issues.

And I'm not arguing about people with lag spikes, I'm talking about Unholy for example...seen quite a few videos with a lot of people questioning why. It's just weird, not mortifying, sorry. Besides...there's lag spikes and things like that guy who made an extreme takedown against Broughy. Or simply the bunch of people destroying the Wheelie 😂
