Being a Senior, I’ll opt for a “Ramp” to be Wheelchair Assessible (Lower Down the house elevation to the grounds but, increase the ceiling height to a minimum of 12 feet to make it feel more spacious & incorporate a “Covered Wrap-around Porch”!

Sa katulad ng lugar naming laging binabaha Mas pipiliin ko pang magpatayo ng elevated na batong bahay worth 1million. Completo na din sa gamit kesa bahay kubo na sobrang liit pero worth 1million ang price. Just saying lang po my opinion☺️

Nakapag umpisa na ako at tinaasan ko ang mga poste para sa ilalim dun ko gagawin ang dirty kitchen at tambayan ng mga bata at mga alaga kung aso. 5m x 5m ang sukat at na buhusan na ang flooring 100k ang nagasto ko na materyales at 50k ang labor. Tama aabot ng isang milyon ang bahay kasama na ang exterior at kagamitan sa bahay.

Ok ang design at facade , ang interior nga lang medyo cramp para sa size ng lot sa video. Perfect ito sa mga cluster homes ng socialized housing. Kung moderate size na lot ang tatayuan pwede pa maimprove circulation sa floor. Mai improve din roofing design like gable or hip roofing mas babagay. Para maminimize cost indigenous materials for ballusters like wood wag lang cocolumber, traditional pilipino window construction , capiz sliding type woodwork though seldom used is not really that costly and will match the ambiance of rural setting as well as inexpensive traditional roofing materials and teated plain wooden sidings and floorings instead of expensive wooden planks to cut costs down but not in anyway lessen the beauty if its simplicity but may actually enhance its homely aura . Kung mag insist po tayo ng commercial type costly construction materials and interior accesories abot nga ng milyon baka short pa and could make it look grand and classy but out of place and hurt your budget as well if your not the all out type.
