It’s 5:30 AM I haven’t played Minecraft in 4 years I just watched a 22 minute long video showing Minecraft builds.

Watching some old Mumbo videos before sleep to help me wind down. After he presented the last display, I'm not very relaxed! Gotta love a good jump scare! 😳

6:35 I made one of these and it was amazing, I had made a redstone contraption so that if someone came in your base and tried stealing the armour they couldnt. I had made it so as soon as the glass is mined, the armour would drop down into a chamber of obsidian where a water-lava system would cover it so it would be completely covered in obsidian, furthermore i had made an ender pearl stasis chamber so you would teleport there if someone just mined that glass, and I made an automatic armour equipping station so if you needed to pvp you would be ready. And it was SUPER compact for its job

Gotta love how he shows you the bench swappers and doesn't show any of the mechanics behind them. I'm having a heck of a time with mine (I'm not very good with redstone) even following his other swapper videos.

Redstone, worry not! I had a big problem understanding even the most basic of these contraptions for some time. I looked up how to download Minecraft maps and did so with this one. As a result, I am now able to see inside of and even deconstruct and reconstruct these contraptions to see how they work. So fellow noobs, if you are staring at this thinking "how on Earth does this level 2 difficulty rated auto-fireplace work (the second dispenser is under the fire), don't worry about it, just download the map and look at it from the inside and all will be made clear. Thank you very much Mumbo for the ideas. I thought that I needed better explanation but actually, you have already provided us with all that we need to know. I have now subscribed.

I am just letting my liked videos run through its course. Amd i was utterly curious to why I liked this video. Despite how curious I was. I decided to ignore the reason why. Its Mumbo either way. And then just hearing that jump scare at the end made me jump. With a speedy heart and a startled look i talked to myself and said "That's why.... and it still got me."

I am wondering, is it possible to make water clocks in Minecraft?? Water "drops" (blocks) are falling and making pattern that looks like 3 pm for example

Guys I did the math. 1 second is about 2.33 terminating sand blocks. We can now actually use sand blocks as a measurement of time
