Turning on your flashers and speeding to get to the hospital will still get you a ticket for speeding. The logic is if the emergency is warranted to go fast, You should've called 911 to get an ambulance there. They have personnel to handle any situation and take the person to the hospital safely.

This is Heart wrenching, shattering & infuriating. My heart & prayers go out to the family. This made me cry. Poor baby. My heart hurts for him. He was probably afraid to go to school, bc he didn’t want to get beat up…His sister went with him to make sure that didn’t happen, he gets killed instead. There is no amount of money that can make this right..In my opinion the family didn’t get justice. The 2 punks got a slap on the wrist!! This is why bullying keeps happening. It’s so disgusting that all these kids are standing there VIDEOING it, rather than trying to get this poor kid help. There needs to be severe consequences put in place when it comes to fights at school. A lot of kids are doing it just for social media. There’s actual accounts just for fights. 9:30, In Queensland Australia this is called 'Edge Filtering', on roads that have speed limits of 90 kmh and above where the traffic is moving at less than 30 kmh a motorcyclist is permitted to use the 'Emergency' lane provided that they don't exceed 30 kmh themselves, you cannot edge filter on roads that have kerb & guttering though.

Funniest guy ever, he decides that i would be choosing what punishment my friend would get. i was laughing so bad!!! my friend was looking at me like DO NOT MESS THIS UP!!!!!! i chose a slap on the wrist, but that 800$ fine and towing was tempting.
