🫢Awwee sweetie, I hate that for you. I have experienced sleep paralysis off and on in my 54 years. It scares me to my core because I am extremely claustrophobic. I am deathly afraid of comas, being buried alive, all that mess. So when that sleep paralysis hits, yikes, I get the heebeegeebees thinking about it🥵I can't imagine suffering with this as you have since childhood. Sensitive subject but have you tried seeing someone and or medication to help you sleep peacefully? I don't know your spiritual belief and not trying to push anything onto you ❤️ Sweetness, if you don't mind, I will pray for you when I pray at night... So we can sleep in peace WITH or WITHOUT our dearest Mortis🫶🏾🙏🏾I have been listening to him FAITHFULLY every night and was so surprised that these type of stories would be soothing. His voice and delivery is KEY💯🎖️💐
