Joe, this was a blast to watch! So happy for you, getting some of your childhood memories slabbed so that they can take their rightful place in your collection! Love it! Fortunately, my heart was able to take your unique outro! 😂👊
Love seeing you grade your childhood cards! I have 20-25 of my childhood cards that will grade 3-5 most likely that I plan to get graded at some point! Thanks for sharing!
Love the sub! Always love watching me some vintage subs. I will be posting 2 1960s psa blind reveals soon. I have been doing really good with my accuracy so we will see how these subs go. I love how you want to keep those lower grade cards that you had forever. I wish I still had a bunch of mine from back in the day so I could do the same thing. Keep the videos coming and you gained a new subscriber!
Corners must be razor sharp on the '66 Lou Brock. I have a BVG 5 Fran Tarkenton 2nd year with a similar surface but very generous grade as well. Nice submission overall nonetheless.
Great collection! Not a PSA guy, they just don't know what they are doing or know how to grade cards. Send them to SGC they will slab them plus they come back in a couple weeks, not a life time.
@@SilverJackify I was just there for emotional support. I may have picked up a few cards off eBay while I waited in the cold. This was her second year of competing and she’s hooked on the experience.
Cool slabs Joe! Always nostalgic to look at cards from our childhood collection. I'll check out that case, seems like a great deal for $100. Happy almost 45th!
That Red Barrett~ any relation to the Red Baron? haha :) That '60 Clemente centered is shweeeet! My PSA 1.5 Brock '66 is nicer than your PSA 6..... don't even try to trade me for it. Check out Hoyt W's career ERA ...like under 2.60... unreal.
usually your PSA 8 or 9 is given a psa 6 or worse~ vintage wise....@@SilverJackify that Brock is funny... it looks like it should have an old serial # not a new one.
45 HA. I think my brothers gonna be that in December. He chucked all his cards. Lame. My childhood cards wouldn't even grade. Everything where I lived was way overpriced so I ended up with damaged BS.
nice reveal joe. love the tony kubek rookie and the 58 frank robinson. yes robin roberts is in the hof. question on the case. did those slots already come cut out?
Yeah, what you see is what you get. Although the slots are so far apart it almost makes you think there is missed opportunity there. Looks like it holds 60 slabs
