Only 60000 troops, rest police, civilian administrators. You have 600,000 troops in Kashmir to control 7 million civilians. Pakistan needed 5 mil troops to win BD war. One squadron of planes vs 10 squadron of IAF planes. It was no match. War was lost by the politicians before hostilities started.

Total Pakistani army was not more than 24000 soldiers and if you include civil defense then total army was not more than 34000 . Of course, Pakistani fought bravely against India army and Mukti Bahini. Even now Pakistani army is 5 times less than the Indian army but still have strong 💪 impact & threat on Indian’ Army.
