Just to quantify, I’m an old fart who has owned around fifty bikes. For a young bloke you make a good RU-vid presenter but your lack of motorcycle experience does show. Every bike has free play in the throttle so read your manual before you dial the free play out. Both the front and rear brake pedal/lever should also have free play in the fore and aft. The vertical play does look excessive and a small washer will fix this but don’t make it too tight. As you mentioned the magnetic plug is a must as all new bikes will have metal shavings in the oil when drained. You must be riding correctly if the front pads are wearing quicker than the rears. This is normal but yours look to have worn in a short period, a different pad make/ material may help. Do not take this reply as negative, good look and keep making the vids and you mech skills will grow as you learn.
Dude are you really only 98 lbs!? That bike must pull you pretty good. I just bought one btw same color. I like it. How did you get that annoying sticker off the tank? It’s in there good
Hey, thank you for the video. I have a black one and I had the same problem with the throttle. I adjusted it out to where I had immediate response, because the other way I felt I was courting disaster.
I hate the lose brake and clutch lever other than that great bike!!! Can go top out at around 76mph on the gauge going down him slightly and I weight 192. Also 800miles and countin
I've really been looking into one of these bikes. I usually ride a Royal Enfield Continental GT, but there's many times I just want to ride something small, simple, and a bit hooligan-ish. Seems like the TNT is a pretty good choice!
Not sure if available here. Parts in Malaysia is kinda suck even though the bike has been here for almost 4 years. The official distributor seems to care more about launching new models rather than after sales service. Thank God some of the parts are interchangeable with other models. Just ordered Indonesian-branded pads and see how it goes
Also, please check on your shifter linkage under your shift pedal.. many have experienced loose nuts.. put some locktight. The clutch cable is the other common issue with many have got it snapped during rides
Carlos Torres went I test drove both the RazKull and the TNT 135 I felt more impressed with build quality with the Benelli, the RazKull felt cheep, the RazKull is also carbureted, and it’s dramatically SLOWER! If you want a bike to not grow out of and get board and beat people on Grom z125 pro’s and other clones the TNT is the Bike. But if the extra $100 or $1500 compared to the TNT and RazKull is a lot for you. You’ll still have fun, enjoy the weather, and still be able to ride with a group with the RazKull. I would put them size by size and sit on them maybe test drive both of them. The RazKull is a lot lighter compared to the TNT.
Okay, decent vids, but you need to do at least one vid a week for this bike if you want subscribers.... still no riding vid on the TNT! You should have made a vid about the license plate kit when you did that, showing the removal of that ugly plastic arm....
Rick Sanchez C137 really hard to do riding video, I don’t have the right equipment. But I might order a new cam for it and do a valve adjustment soon I have 1300 miles on her at the moment
ThatCrazedGunner I’m trying to decide which bike to buy, I haven’t ridden since 2002, so I’ll have to get used to it again, not to mention going through the class over at CSN. I’ve never ridden off-road, nor did I ever learn how to do tricks (wheelies, etc.) so the pit bikes are all on the list for their “hoonieability” as well as the DRZ for its off-roading uses, and a 2014 VFR800 because my last bike was an 86 VFR750 and I loved that thing... and I like naked bikes and scramblers... So, knowing all that, do you have any reason why I shouldn’t start with the TNT135 since it’s cheap (so I’ll have it paid off quick and ready to add another bike in the garage next to it), easy to do tricks on, not too far from the ground so falls aren’t as bad when learning tricks, and just plain fun? And if you were doing it over would you stay with the 135 or get the Grom for all the add ons available, such as a crash cage? And which dealer did you get the Benelli from?
I would stay with the tnt 135 and not get a Grom! I love this bike and it’s $1500 cheeped then a Grom, I bought mine from Major Power-sports Las Vegas! Great people!!
