Hello, I have a 50 cc Jinlun. Similar to this, but it had a sheetrock screw instead of the idle screw. I took it off. It dosent die or anything, the idle is a little bit high but not to bad. Like if I stop and don't hold the break it runs forward a bit. If I put out kick stand and let it run, sometimes it wants to take off a bit. I'm sure previous owner has it tight somewhere. Some people say if moped idles high that it can ruin the motor in long run or etc. If I was to put a screw on it, all it'll do is make it rev higher. So in this case does it really matter if I have it on or off? The idle screw. Thanks in advance.

what is the other line thats on the same silver part the fuel line is at? theres three lines and only two spots on the carb....?

The very bottom hose is a drain and the line above the fuel line is a drain as well ?

Hi great vid I followed , myn starts up same carb as urs , Prety much first time , but I have no air filter and fuel leaking out of exhaust , and I still not sorted the idle , but will adjust the idle like you say , but will the idle sort out the mix ratio to?😊

Ok i just put a new carb in and it wont turn over by kick or electric start? Only when i throttle it, it will come on but it will die? And wont stay running ?..after a while trying to get it to come in now my eletric start is sounding weird and wont click?? Making a diff noise?

Wow, very rare to see repair tutorial videos of Peace Sports 50 scooters, as I have the same one! Least I now know how to replace my carborator. I may need to replace my fuel line because I see gas leaks below my carborator. Especially when I had my scooter upgraded to a 100cc.

I got a buddy has the ice bear 49 cc it stalled on him now no start Its not gettung spark we weak spark very can t see it on plug spark but I got lil shock but not much the cdi box does it have to be one for his bike or will any 49 cc one work

What about mixture screw do you have to adjust that?

I feel like theres a conspiracy against me i cant figure out what the BOWL DRAIN LINE connects to. Plz reply. I took the bowl off the carb without removing it from the bike trying to be fast but i accidentally removed the 2 lines that the bowl is connected to what do i connect them to. Im assuming the one connects to the carburetor and the other is the BOWL DRAIN LINE but i dont know what to connect that to

A new tao 50cc ...only 150 miles...it runs 30 mph...and sometimes 38 mph....seems like it takes off very slow...any suggestions...I have cleaned carbs b4...haven't tried nothing yet

Hello! I have a Buddy 50 cc scooter. It runs great except for sometimes it hesitates a little in the sense that it will turn off at strange times when I am going lower speeds or it will not turn on.. In order to get it to turn on I carry a little screw driver and carb cleaner and I will take off the air filter cover and spray the intake with carb cleaner and put it back on. Then I go to start and it starts VERY good. It was just brought to a shop who charge like $200+ for a carburetor cleaning and spark plug replacement. The shop is called Boca Scooters… I am NOT convinced that they did honest work but I don’t know know for sure. I would like to have it turn on normally. (without having to have to spray the carb cleaner every time) I believe that I need to work on the carburetor again or get replaced altogether OR get a valve adjustment. I would like to bring it to a different shop but I don’t know really where to start. Gas is clean, premium used (50CC 2018 Buddy) Carb JUST got cleaned but NOT positive they did honest work…….. Spark plug all new. Where should I start from here?

2008 50cc scooter. Won't start. Replaced spark plug. Good spark. Replaced carb. No gas to spark plug. Checked vac petcock. Good. Checked flow post-filter. Good. Any suggestions?

Heres my story i just bought a 50cc scooter boom scooter wont start put new oil in it put 87 gas in it changed the spark plug, still wont turn over to start? Company sends me a new carburetor? If its new how the fuck is the one on it broken ???? Im so mad at the powersports max they dont even refund you your shipping charge which is 200$ really complete scam with a 50cc scooter ill just buy a damn motorcycle
