thats amazing from a 50 hp. im having a hard time getting high stable speeds solo. what trim you run with the cleaver lowest hole didnt work for me on 18p cleaver didnt manage to save it. :P
Awesome. everytime I try to get to your speed, you even go faster. Best I got so far is 103-104 with the 50 tohatsu. Have ran a LOT of props now but I nver would have guessed a 21G would perform this good. Ran a 19P 11" cleaver from MTM which is great for top but the holeshot is wayyyy to slow to be competitive. How is the holeshot with this prop if I may ask? Will get my 17P 11" cleaver with quite some rake this week I hope.
103-104 is still good though. There’s a lot of boats out there that haven’t even hit 100 km/hr. It’s very slow out of the hole. It should be a bit better once it has been modified but this run was mainly for data to see where it can be improved. Keep at it mate !
Hey mate, are you referring to how I am controlling the throttle ? If so then I do it to stop the bow from coming up too high and causing it to flip. It’s a new cleaver which needs more modifying so it can be more stable at high speeds.
@@ЕвгенийПолевой-н5ъyes and no. Sorry for the late reply. This boat is incredibly light and very sensitive to wind coming under the bow so the throttle needs adjusting as I drive.
I'm thinking about a propeller. How much diameter would your 20P have? I'm not sure whether to put it at 11, 11.5, maybe 12. What diameter would I have to place a LWP...
@@RoggerLemes hey mate. This is a 11.5 diameter. All really depends on what kind of power your engine has. Most of the guys here in Australia are running either a 11 or 11.5 on these engines
