Yes, I find myself using the superfluous/extra cast offs, etc that I don't care for before using the supplies I really like. Only thing is, I don't ever get to using the stuff I really like. I worked at an insurance agency in the early 00s and it was standard even then for companies to drop customers that file a lot of claims, or small claims like you said. It's ridiculous.

My SIL worked for Apple for 5 years. It's a well-known secret in the industry that the phones are set to start acting up after a certain length of time so that we have to replace them. So... you can put away the tin foil, you're not imagining it. 😆🛸 💖
