you know what, I just noticed something! you know how, in earlier episodes, cecil's phone didn't seem to want him to communicate with dana? as in, the fact that dana seemed to hear the exact opposite of what cecil was saying, and the disturbing image cecil got when attempting to message her. but now, with carlos, things seem to be the exact opposite! carlos had his phone destroyed, but it healed itself. so that's weird. but convenient, too, I suppose.

omg i was just thing about that..and how someone said that it seemed that was intentional. That whatever thing or person or whatever it may be that keeps cecil alive (because as seen in previous episodes, cecil doesn’t remember his childhood like his brother and such and such.) that because cecil was destined to be the radio host.. and the fact that cecil has stated that he knows way more than he tells the listeners...he had to be kept alive even when his original family could not be. Also, when carlos was endangered by the miniature people (and when the apache tracker saved him) cecil flipped out due to carlos being in danger, so maybe the universe is like..keeping carlos safe so cecil doesnt off put the “delicate balance” of the universe. just thought this was cool lol

ahhh yes this makes sense. maybe the otherworld is kinda superimposed on top of night vale, like maybe in the same space but different time... or something idk and the rumblings are happening there and that's why they don't feel it in night vale but now with recent events they could feel it.

Those horoscopes were really relevant to the plot and gave a feeling of sadness. This episode, and Condos, show that Cecil and Carlos' relationship isn't perfect, but it is something beautiful. Also, I hope Dana doesn't become like Pamela Winchell.
